Great stay. Kevin is a lovely host with care for his guests, brekky and coffee every morning. Hotel is central to everything within walking distance. Bathrooms need a clean but otherwise perfect stay! Thanks Kevin

Kevin was absolutely a nice guy! He cooks really good and the accommodation was quiet. You could spend some time with local guests who come for breakfast and have a nice chat with them.

Kevin is a great host. The rooms are comfy and tidy. They have heaters and comfy beds. Bathrooms are tidy and the shower is warm. Breakfast is the same each morning but it’s really good and free!! It’s bacon, eggs and coffee Kevin is running the operation himself and he’s doing a great job. Everything is within a 20 min walk.

Lowena is great for travellers and students. Kevin took great care of us, it's obvious he puts a lot of love into the hotel. Rooms were comfy and tidy and nothing fancy, which I appreciate. A great hospitable establishment with no bells and whistles, I would definitely like to stay again.

Breakfast was the only saving feature of the stay.|The place is a dump, the grounds are overgrown & neglected, rubbish dumped in front yard. My room's window blind was did not work, bodgy DIY fix ups everywhere.|The photos were years old....Nothing like that now.......what a disappointment

Absolutely beautiful room with an abundance of natural light. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of extras in the room (cards, board games, etc…) was greeted at the front door by a very friendly staff member who went out of his way to tell me about Hobart and the area. Very close to downtown and many services are around.
