As my first time here, I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised.
The coffee was really good and jelly slice was fresh.
But the best thing was how lovely the staff were 😊 I won’t hesitate to go back!

Burnie Yacht Club- Yachties venue. Fantastic venue to enjoy the Creedence Clearwater Revival and a brilliant support bank. Great atmosphere and equally great patrons. The place was absolutely rocking to some great 60s and early 70s music.

Unfortunately, the change from Yachtie's to the Boardwalk Cafe has not been a positive one. Not only did our meal take week over half an hour to come out - despite only a handful of diners in the place - but when it did arrive, my rissoles were as hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were tasteless. They were good enough to give me my money back. The new owner has managed to turn a very enjoyable venue with decent food, drink and music, into a very, very ordinary Cafe with below par food at inflated prices. We won't be back.

Great space for meetings and has a fully functional kitchen. I'm not sure if it's hireable for private events, but if it is, it's got plenty of tables, chairs and has toilet facilities.

I've been here for meetings and the room is spacious and has a nice view out to the bay and pier.
