I stayed here back in March with a group of 5 friends, we all fit quite well upstairs and downstairs, it’s a nice quiet place and I loved the meal I got at dinner. The only downside was some men approaching us 13 year old girls and trying to flirt 😬

Booked a 3 bedroom unit, late check in a breeze, unit spotless, comfortable and roomy. Woke to a water view from kitchen window, grounds well maintained. Good breakfast with great staff in restaurant and reception staff even came out to take our key before we could get out of the car. Could not ask for better service and accommodation. Very reasonably priced for what we received.

Loved the villa (maria villas - not so sure about the look of the newer spring bay apartment style villas as we valued the extra space of a standalone unit!), and our previous stay was just as amazing (within the motel type area) and as for the bbqs, play ground, sports facilities and the next level games room Mind blowing!! Highly recommend staying here!!!

With the playground, game room and sports facilities no wonder this is a destination for family. Enjoy the kitchenette in our room, with laundry $4 per load. Seems to be clean but when U look closer it can be pretty dusty in the bedroom (as shown) - attention to those allergy to dust mite. Still a bit unsure why our room was wide open waiting for us to check in - maybe that's the reason why the bathroom seems to be used (without flushing) when we arrived

Stopped here on the way to Triabunna. Excellent gem, quiet on a Tuesday night. The facilities are new and plentiful like basketball, pickleball courts and indoor heated pool. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and shout out to the kind mdm at reception who made our day.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay.
Basketball court indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, games room really nice kids playground.
Food absolutely delicious in restaurant.

Nice, clean motel with a great selection of children activities.
The restaurant was also very nice and gets very busy (so make sure you book in advance)
