Nice place to stay, central to basically everything. We had the Ocean first floor apartment which has a great view.

Bedrooms are good, one has a nice ocean view. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

Bathroom, is huge and has a spa bath.

The balcony needed a good clean, but nothing a sweep and mop wouldn't fix.

The apartment has everything you need. The only negative is the cleaning, not bad just needs some TLC and attention to detail.

Terrific room, clean, well presented.
Comfortable bed
Well set up kitchen facilities.

Being on the main through road in Burnie, this comes with constant traffic noise, including through the night. Logging trucks are very constant.

The location is great, but so loud whenever you go there is noise. Furniture was old and damaged dining chairs have wobbly legs we couldn’t sit on a couple of them as they swayed. All the vinyl is torn, really shabby. Needs proper bathmats as shower and bathroom so slippery. Not great for elderly people because of the above.

Beds comfortable. .but all of us have bites on our necks and faces so possibly bedbugs

A tin shed, yep, a tin shed. Incredibly noisy day and night. Booked and paid for 3 nights, lasted 2! First day advised the office lady of the slow draining sink in the bathroom and was told the owners were coming in two weeks and they would deal with it then. Had to brush our teeth in the shower, took me 5 minutes to clean the sink after a shave.
If the Bates Motel or the Guest House Paradiso was up the road,they would be a far better place to stay.
Not sure why people have given 4 and 5 star ratings, 🤔 possibly friends and family.

The Bay Room was modern and very clean. Main bed on the softer side. Single beds were firm.
Kitchen was very compact and only one person at a time could be in the kitchen. I had to shuffle the cupboard around to accommodate our food.
Access to free laundry was a bonus.
Car park is easy to access but tight to manoeuvre if you have a big car. I am good at reversing so no probs.
Noise from road so need to keep doors shut.

Of all the places I stayed on my Tassie trip, BBTB was definitely the nicest. We had the upstairs Ocean room. Views over the beach were great. Location was ideal. Close to the central shops and also handy for viewing the penguins coming ashore at night. Being right on the highway meant it was quite noisy during the day. There seemed to be no end to the trucks and ambulances noisily passing. It was quiet enough at night but there was no sleeping in past 6am.

Absolutely lovely accommodation. Modern clean and well serviced. Full kitchen, spa bath. Amazing views of the ocean. Spent 4 days here and it was warm and comfortable in the unit regardless of the weather outside.
Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place. Would definitely stay again. It was a bit noisy with road traffic but that was only really during the day and evening.
