Pretty ordinary inside but so comfortable, beds are nice to sleep in. Everything you need to have short accommodation. Very quiet. No air conditioning noise. TV fine. Close to sightseeing. I don’t think there’s anything I could complain about. Good for a break from driving.

This was a clean and well organised room. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable and clean. An older style unit but clean and comfortable which is my priority! Would stay there again

Since Liam and his Team have renovated the rooms and surrounds my experience was perfect. Not only are the beds comfortable and quality the bed coverings have "that new sheet" feel about them plush soft layers and the same with the pillows - my impression was customer experience and comfort has very much been considered - starting with the quality beds through to faultless housekeeping, new bathrooms, carpets, fresh look and feel paint job and decor, interruption free internet and possibly the most reasonably priced non alcoholic In-Room temptation selection of chocolate and bottled water etc which put the supermarkets to shame. I dined in the restaurant and loved my scotch fillet - yes it was seasoned Yes it was cooked perfectly Yes even the salad looked so good and fresh I ate it including the crispy salad leaves. The staff I interacted with - really are friendly - and I rarely have that experience most places I stay frequently. The garden area is even more peaceful to the rooms and again I cannot emphasise enough the consideration and detail which has gone into customer experience with the new Management Team.

Our stay was on a festival weekend when the accomm was totally booked out and fully tested. None-the-less the staff were very helpful, the rooms warm and comfortable, and the cleaning superb. Rarely have we seen such sparkling bathrooms. There are large, comfortable beds with extra pillows, excellent wi-fi, tea & coffee supplies, and a micro-wave. Fully marked parking bays would be an improvement, and the hot water supply is perhaps geared to average occupancy rather than peak load. Guests should also be aware that the steepish 15 steps up to the upper level might be challenging for those with mobility issues if ground floor rooms are unavailable. However, the garden area is charming and there is a pleasant riverside park adjacent. Our room was remarkably quite even with the motel totally full, and did I mention...... the staff excellent. Best Western Burnie is getting a tad old and dated, but for a mid level, good value option, we would recommend it and stay there again when we are next in the North West.

We were only meant to stay one night but ended up staying 3 nights, this place is the perfect location for day trips out and about. Walk across to the river and beach.
The management and staff are so friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need. Also very knowledgeable about what to do and check out. The restaurant that's attached is also handy and OMG the food, we ate there all 3 nights. Had something different ever night and you definitely don't need to go to maccas after lol.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nice hotel, perfect for the overnight stay for work.
Situated 400m off the beach and main road, nice river & parkland across the street t's quiet and clean. Rooms are nice, heating the room was a challenge due to the small wall application.
Main town is 5min drive away

Very impressed. The room was exceptionably clean. The staff had put the heater on for my arrival (believe me some don’t). A electric blanket was a bonus!!|Very sweet location by a river only 10 mins to Burnie.|Proper milk for tea/coffee. I enjoyed my evening meal and was given a takeaway container for the extra I couldn’t eat. Waitress in restaurant was so nice.|I really hope I get to stay here again.

Super convenient location. The check in was easy and the guy was friendly. The room was in fair condition and an electric blanket is appreciated. It had an effective heater as well. My only criticism is that the shower is a bit small snd the bathroom heater and heated towel rail didn't work.
