Nothing exceptional, standard facilities. Ground floor apartment felt a bit exposed, hard to relax and enjoy our privacy, mainly due to the blinds not entirely blocking out the front doors non-tinted windows, anyone walking past the footpath could peep through to us sleeping or getting changed if they wanted to. Location wise was fine for us, but there is a port/freight across the road that you can hear works happening, cars on the road etc, short walks to shops.

The apartment was comfortable. Our only real issue was that the heatpump was off and it took a very long time to even slightly warm the place due to the high ceilings. It was 95% very clean but there were a few small, annoying things like a broken slat in the blind which allowed the room to be lit up by a street light, which did impact on comfort. The apartment we stayed in was roomy and we'll put together. There was plenty of seating in the lounge area and at the table. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There was even ice in the freezer. We had take away but you could easily cook a homestyle meal here. There was plenty of bedding, pillows, towels, extra blankets. Some soap was supplied. I highly recommend checking in earlier than 5pm, especially in winter.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. Now this would not suit anyone who struggles with stairs as there are 2 lots to go up to get to apartment. The apartment was very well set out and quite spacious. Don't be fooled by pic of spa bath as that is not in use, it's just a regular bath.It is straight opposite the railyard and we were expecting a lot of noise but there was none. However all thru the night we could hear water running thru the pipes which I can only assume was from people in the other apartments.

This apartment is directly across the road from railway yards and you can clearly hear trains shunting after 10.30pm at night and then again at 4.15am in the morning. It also has two flights of stairs for access - no lift at all. The actual apartment is ok but no cooling apart from one pedestal fan. It was quite warm when we were there and the prevailing breeze was slight and only available in one bedroom so it was an uncomfortable night. Recommended only for the very fit and very deaf.

Seemed okay but when going up stairs, it was terrible.

The stairs themselves are way to steep, please do not go if you are to strain your legs and hurt your knees.

In the main bedroom, there were paint falling off from the wall, and our window is right of people's houses for them to look at you.

It was okay for staying for one night but I wouldn't recommend bringing babies or kids 😔

It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

Character home with lovely decoration. Only $165 as bathroom needs a make over. It is still pleasant. Close to water in a semi industrial area.|5 Hale St.|You don't know which property you are staying in until the day. Pick your key up from a locked box at the home. Nice and easy. |Left laundry powder and pegs which is considerate. |Highly recommend. |
