Would NOT recommend - Unsure how this place has the rating that it does! Both my partner and myself came in for an hour massage each. The process of booking the massage was more complicated than it had to be. We asked for a specific massage but we’re told over the phone they couldnt do that and we were forced to book a remedial massage.
Due to public holiday closures we didn’t have any options and decided to go ahead with this. When it came time to process the payment we were told the remedial one has an additional 90$ fee attached which we weren’t told before.
We stated that we wanted just a normal medium pressure massage (no customization). Eventually what we got was: someone covering our bodies with copious amounts of oil, could barely feel the masseuse’s hands. When asked to increase pressure the slightest, we were told we should have got the remedial massage and this was just the relaxing one. There was nothing relaxing about this massage. My partner left in more pain than when we walked in. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Whenever we visited Launceston,massage is a must, this is my second time coming here at Rita’s and today was amazing I fell asleep this guy was good which I can guarantee you😜😜price is cheaper than melbourne of-course highly recommended 👍👏💯
