We stayed for six nights and found Launceston Central apartments very central to everything in Launceston. We could walk to the bus stops so didn’t feel the need to hire a car.

Studio apartment was spacious and we loved the cooking facilities and pots and pans. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fifth floor apartment had great views specially at sunrise.

I had a great stay at this apartment hotel! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The building itself has a bit of history, which adds a unique charm to the experience.

The staff were amazing—always friendly, attentive, and quick to meet any requests. Their hospitality really stood out. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely choose this place again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We stayed here twice on our trip to Tassie, it was great being in the city of Launceston, walking distance to most places also easy to drive to as well. Rooms were clean and tidy, helpful staff even on public holidays. Beautiful building,

Very comfortable rooms, clean and well kept. Including all needed pots/pans for cooking e.t.c
Wish they kept more sponges available in the kitchens rather than only a chux wipe to last a few days for dish cleaning. Not a problem for people eating out, but not ideal when making most meals onsite. Otherwise no concerns, clean, spacious and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful male staff member.
Large apartment space with well equipped kitchen.
Didn't use the dishwasher, looked dirty.
The sofa bed lounge was extremely uncomfortable and stained/dirty.
Carpet through out needs cleaning, very stained and smelly.
The apartment did not smell fresh, though surfaces and bathroom clean.
Noisy city location.
No on site car park, but city council car park opposite great, cheap rates.

The room was basic, but very comfortable. More importantly the bed was great and I slept well. Hotel staff were very polite and attentive. The Hotel is very central, hence the name, within easy walking to many events and sights.

Rooms are large but the lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. Dishwasher requires updating as you can't read the dial. Staff friendly and apartment is in a great spot close to everything.

Maintenance issues:
- loose/unsafe power points in kitchen and bathroom
- towel rail and shelf not secure in bathroom.
- Poor patching on side of bath (piece of tin didn't fully cover hole, held on with sticky tape)
- bath REALLY NEEDS a non-slip mat!
- Curtains falling off rail
- Carpets in hall really shabby.
The room generally was not up to the standard we had expected from the advertisimg which referenced "beautifully renovated".
On a positive note, location was very good.
