Excellent quality and conveniently located accommodations. Welcomed by Bart who had many adventures for us to peruse over our time in Launceston.

Generous sleeping arrangements in our room. Excellent shower with welcome water pressure! Steep driveway. Walking distance to locations in the city.

Good sized room and great location but for the 1st 2 nights hard to sleep, sounded like someone was dragging furniture around, not sure what they were doing because the rooms are carpeted. I didn't see any reviews about noise before I booked, but have now read numerous ones. I was on the top floor and still heard people talking & laughing, it's a real drawback.

Stayed for 1 night but am very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the room. We have a small balcony to enjoy the evening too. Towels were clean and bed is comfortable. We had a very restful sleep to continue our exploration of Tasmania.

The place is really a hideaway, off the street and away from prying eyes. The drive up the slope is slightly challenging as it allows one car at a time in either up or down direction.||The room is well furnished, with a smart TV that can be connected to Netflix, Disney Plus and YouTube among others. The bed is comfortable and equipped with four pillows. There is a fridge which can help keep some of our dairy products bought from nearby Coles. The bathroom has an overhead shower which is pretty alright but the drainage of the water seems a little slow at times, and may lead to “flooding” and overflowing of water at times. The hot/cold taps were a little hard to gauge and manage, mostly trial and error to get the right temperature.||It would be nice to have a cosy pair of sandals for wearing within premises to avoid getting cold feet in the middle of the night while visiting the toilet.

Just stayed here for one night, conveniently located, free parking, spacious rooms & bathrooms. Clean and comfy. Friendly reception staff. The only downside was the stomping going on upstairs.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on check. Especially as my friend had booked only one night instead of two in error. The receptionist rang another hotel to organise a room. Very knowledgeable on activities and areas to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here!
Our room was #9 upstairs, with lovely furnishings and a cute sun drenched balcony. The tiger drawings were a favourite for me. We very much appreciated the extra touches like mints and makeup remover. Gorgeous bathroom 👌
The staff were lovely with a helpful and friendly young lady who greeted us on arrival.
The setting and garden/patio areas we could see are serene and there is great parking. Very accessible to town if you are fit and able.
My only suggestion would be some hanging flowers on the balconies for added prettiness but appreciate there might be reasons why that might not work!

Great little hotel, central to everything. Large Comfy rooms with seperate sitting area . Kettle , good supply of tea and coffee provided . Other reviews mentioned noise , yes you can hear others moving around( only an issue on 2/4 of our nights ) and aircon cutting on in and out , we took note and packed ear plugs , if you are a light sleeper pack some . Excellent value for money , exceeding our expectations , would stay again .
