The cleanest, freshest and quietest place I have ever stayed in. The continental breakfast was generous. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We were met by a very welcoming host. The heated swimming pool just outside our door was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Wellington Bed and Breakfast in Longford, Tasmania for two nights while we were visiting the area.||We were welcomed by the hostess when we arrived and shown to our room and told where we could find everything.||Wow---what a beautiful place! The flowers on the property are amazing! | There are only two rooms--both of them facing the beautiful salt-water swimming pool and the garden. Our room was decorated beautifully, and had a small kitchenette (with our breakfast in the small fridge: bread, jam, butter, milk & juice) and a fantastic bathroom with a large shower with both a rain shower head and a regular shower head. The pool felt wonderful after a long day of touring the area. The bed was super comfortable and had both hard and soft pillows to meet everyone's needs.||It is close enough to go to Launceston for dinner (only about 20 minutes away), but there are restaurants in Longford, as well. We enjoyed walking the downtown Longford area and visiting the church and graveyard.||If you are looking for a place in the Longford/Launceston area, look no further! You will be very happy that you booked the Wellington!

This is a luxury.
Rooms absolutely perfect, pool had fancy salts in it and made you feel good after. Beautiful serenity. Lovely hosts. Food great, shower great, bed was the best.

If you have time and energy you can bus and walk here from Launnie, but I recommend a car or taxi. They may offer to pick you up from the bus stop also.

The hosts are very friendly; it's basically their home, with only two rooms available for guests. If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter. 3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample. 4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available. 5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer. 6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston. 7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

Well furnished apartment. You are also free to use the pool if you wish but we visited during a bout of wet weather. Quiet neighbourhood for a stop if you do not want to be in launceston.

This was my favourite accommodation over my entire trip to Tasmania.

Glen and Bev are gracious hosts and they made me feel welcome immediately. They have thought of everything in the room. There is nothing you will miss during your stay with the most beautiful and abundant amenities. The furnishings are high quality and it quickly felt like home.
The view from my window is one of my favourite pictures (posted below). Truly a remarkable stay.

On a quiet side note Glen and Bev were also very kind and compassionate. Glen gave me some thoughtful words of wisdom that are some of the best I have received. I appreciate you both very much. Thank you for a restful stay.

Absolutely amazing BNB, Hosts are incredibly warm & welcoming. Units are impeccably clean ,comfortable and relaxing with everything you'd need. Outdoor area and pool are breathtakingly beautiful. We absolutely will be back!!
