The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We loved the vintage theme, and the bathroom was just as charming.

We accidentally left our tablet behind, but Mark kindly kept it safe for us until we could pick it up. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay right next to the heart of the city. Our room was beautifully presented and clean with a large ensuite, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast was included and adequate. I did mention to the caretakers the apple juice was fermented and didn’t drink but a bit annoyed when the next morning breakfast the same juice was still in the fridge. |Also no lift to our upstairs room but fine with that.|Free parking at rear is very limited and only 1 hour parking in the street.|The pin pad entry system is convenient.|Overall our stay for two nights was great.

Very quiet location, 5 minutes walk from transport and restaurants. Excellent communication via Booking.com. Even booked a restaurant for us as we were arriving late. Spotless everywhere. Didn't see any staff until we went looking for someone at breakfast. No-one there spoke any English. We could only communicate via Google translate. We didn't mind but it was a surprise.

Lovely clean room. Continental breakfast a plus. We had stated gluten free and there was GF bread for toasting. Had laundry done there ($20 but worth it as only took half day). Lovely asian couple on site who didn't speak English but were helpful non the less.

This clean, well-presented property in Launceston offers superb value for money! We loved the convenience of the pin pad entry system, allowing us to arrive at any time without the hassle of checking in. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with a generous ensuite, and the dining area was well-equipped with basic essentials and food provided for a continental breakfast. This small boutique hotel is well located for easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, parks and museums in Launceston. Our room was large, light, airy and accommodating, with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The continental breakfast was a great touch with plentiful fresh coffee and tea. This place has the comforts of home and is nearby to everything Launceston has to offer.

Very neat and tidy place, right at the heart of the city. It is very convenient to walk around for restaurants and group tour pick-up spots. Continental breakfast is part of the package and served us handy when we had to start the day early for group tours.

Having worked in this building many years ago I was very interested to see how it had been coverted to a boutique hotel.|I was not disappointed it is beautifully refurbished. |We had an upstairs room with a balcony. The room was large & nicely furnished with everything you need. The bathroom was also large, the towels luxurious. |Would suggest if you have any mobility issues don't book an upstairs room as stairs are steep & there isn't a lift.|Self serve continental breakfast is included & is adequate.|Off street parking is available but spaces are limited.|A great location within easy walking distance to the City Centre & if you wish to enjoy a lovely river cruise its an 8 minute walk to the pier.|Situated in a no thru street there is minimal traffic noise.|Great work Mark it is pleasing to see 109 enjoying a new life. |
