We stayed at the Sebel Launceston for work and pleasure.
The room was very nice, great size and very comfortable. Lovely outside veranda area also.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and looked up and acknowledged us every time we walked in or out of the hotel.
The food was lovely with options at breakfast for my partners dietary requirements. Dinner looked a little light on so went elsewhere.
The only minor downside was for a platinum member you only receive a cookie.
Yes, breakfast is included, but being work, that would be covered by my employer anyway.
I did also have to move the date slightly at the last minute, which was difficult, seems very hard for the hotel staff because it had been booked through the app.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Tasmania as we were flying out of Launceston the next day. Our room was spacious and well appointed we had a King room which had a separate bedroom area, a lounge and flat screen TV as well as a balcony, a well designed ensuite and a small kitchenette, everything about the room was tasteful though the decor was a little bit bland. We had breakfast included in our booking. The staff in the restaurant were polite and courteous, though not overly welcoming. |The check in and check out processes were fine and the front desk staff were polite and professional, there is a carpark available at additional cost but we were there on a weekend so were able to park on the street for free. The hotel is only 4-5 minutes walk into the CBD and the location was quite quiet for the duration of our stay, we enjoyed our stay, recommended.

Stayed in a 2-bed suite, which was of generous size but odd layout. The second toilet was nowhere to be found until we opened a door that we all assumed was a cupboard in the hallway. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well due to the quiet location. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the CBD and the wharf, with well-appointed rooms and easy parking. The only negative is that the carpets were a little tired, but for the price, we had value for money.

Well equiped with plenty of space.
Great pressure in the shower.
Easy check in and out.
Charged extra for all the little additions like a roll away bed and parking so when it adds up I could have gone more luxurious.
Fire alarm went off at 7:30pm but there was no apology

Excellent. There is no shuttle from airport and the parking spots are very narrow which was worrying using a hire car and you have to let passengers out before you park. $10 a day which is reasonable. I will stay here when I am in Launceston. We had a nice view onto the street, large suite, great location.

Such a comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient place to stay. Our apartment had a lovely outlook on to the trees on the street, and it was very pleasant sitting out on the balcony. The staff could not have been more efficient or helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent room and facilities. Friendly staff and everything was clean but the hotel exudes a rundown vibe. It is just looking and feeling tired. The bed wasn't great, but we have had worse in this trip. Parking was reasonable and easy to use.
