The room had all the necessities for a young family including a cooktop and oven which made preparing meals very easy. The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were well laid out. A bonus was that you can see the TV from the master bedroom.

We had a 2 bedroom cabin which was adequate for our family of 4. The location is out of Launceston, but a good spot for exploring different parts of Tassie, towards Sheffield and then the north coast or towards the east coast. |The kitchen facilities were ok, although a larger frying pan would be useful. Our daughters found the mattresses on the bunk beds a little thin.

They have a pretty good setup here and have made some thoughtful extras like sheltered communal bbq areas with fridges. Rooms very clean and comfy. Laundry facilities work well and are clothes were actually dry in a single $4 dryer cycle for once! Handy to have fuel and a proper convenience store essentially onsite

Great experience, nice quiet with Wi-Fi, good place to stay if you've got to get work or study done.
Update: Having stayed here almost 20 times, I can say that the cabins are always well presented and staff are very helpful. It's also very calm and low noise most of the time, sure beats staying in inner city motel. Would definitely recommend, and only a short distance from Launceston.

We booked 3 nights thinking we would look around the area and visit Launceston. |Not a lot to look at here. No where to eat at night . |A quiet little caravan park that had a sign out the front saying Stay an extra night make us an offer . |We booked on line so couldn’t help feeling ripped off .|So many places to go in Tassie . Overnight stop to be honest.

The cabin was fairly clean, but only 2 out of 6 windows had fly screens. Not fly screen on front door so could not open many windows for fresh air. The cabin smelled old and musty ( probably because no windows can be opened).|The saucepans were disgusting and rusty, the frypan surface scratched.

On late arrival as advised he would be, my partner was left a map directing him to a site but no unit. I ensured three times that he would have a unit to sleep in and somewhere close to park his racecar. The site was not suitable for parking his car and he slept in his tow vehicle in the driveway. Instructions were supposed to arrive via text but didn't

Our room was basic but good. I would have liked more kitchen equipment. The playground was nice and clean.
