This is a very attractive and spotlessly clean environment. The bed was comfortable, if creaky, and the room was large and inviting. I liked the ability to go outside from the room and I could also watch the wallabies grazing through the glass doors. We only used the low key restaurant and the food and service was very good. Amenities were very good

This resort is just so special, friendly, relaxing and spacious , with a charm not often found. So many dining options, within the hotel, and the internal and external environment made all of us all feel so relaxed and comfortable.||||So much fun playing blackjack, roulette , where the professional,staff are so competent and welcoming, enjoyable to be alongside..smiling faces, a rare thing, Its a great overall package and easy to head into CBD , barely 15 minutes, and such nice walks from the resort. A longtime favourite, and the management and staff are just the best,

I had won a night here with a wrest point prize draw and we redeemed this by calling their friendly reservation team. We paid $20 to upgrade from a regular room to a courtyard one which was nice. We had a view over the small lake and were on the top floor. The rooms are old fashioned but comfortable. I think the full price for this room is over $200 which seems a little steep but I am rating highly as we enjoyed the heated pool.||||Visitors from interstate, please note the hotel is not in the centre of Launceston so you really need a car. ||||The parking is free but a little distance away from the rooms.

I always enjoy going to the Casino with my Mum and Dad and having a fun time while gambling, but whenever I'm at the Casino, I most times get sick after being there. But other than that, it's still a fun time and the employees are always polite.

The property is beautiful with gorgeous lakeside walking track and little kangaroos all around. Great experience as a tourist! The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a conference for my business meetings and the staff made the whole process seemless. 5 star to the staff here!

We were attending a concert so staying , eating and watching the show all at the Country Club was very convenient.||The service, food and show were all outstanding however the cost of the room for the night was extremely expensive.||We paid for a golf course view and were very disappointed at what we got. They are currently working on changing/improving the golf course and all we got was a view of a construction fence. Cost of room should have been discounted with such a compromised stay.||We were also disappointed with the cooling in the room, did not seem to work very well.

Affordable, very clean and great views. Friendly staff and great variety of dinner choices. Pool was fantastic and the gym had great equipment. Close to the city but also far enough away to feel like no hustle and bustle. Spa bath in the room was fantastic!

My two sons and I visited the country club to enjoy the pony rides, and the experience was exceptional. Gabby, Maddie, and ‘D’ were incredibly kind and patient. One of my sons was especially anxious, but the staff went above and beyond to help him feel at ease. They allowed him to feed the ponies carrots and made him feel involved by letting him help collect hay. Their compassion, patience, and kindness were truly remarkable. We’ll definitely be back!
