A very enjoyable place to stay, with great views across the dock on one side and minutes away from some very good restaurants. Rooms were self-contained and large, being a very roomy one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern and quiet, and well serviced, with a Nespresso machine and other utensils. I enjoyed the fact that the room was self-contained, so that some meals could be prepared and eaten on site, in comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available immediately adjacent to the hotel for a very reasonable cost. An enjoyable stay which I would be happy to repeat.

Stayed for 2 nights. May 4-6 2025.
Check in was fast and efficient.
Parking is available at $15 per day for hotel guests.
Our room had a big tv. Lots of movie channels in hd. Clean, big and spacious.
It was facing the river and the setting sun so the blinds had to be drawn most of the time but that did not dampen the experience at all.
We had good nights sleep here and it was quiet and comfortable.

It’s located a short distance from the town centre as well. Absolutely good location.

Will give 5 stars if breakfast was thrown in the price.

Would recommend.

Fantastic stay in Launceston! Exceptionally clean, neat, and quiet hotel located right on the river. The staff were super friendly and the hotel is situated in a beautiful area. Walk across the bridge and you have a city park along the water. There are also several great restaurants next door. We never heard another guest during our stay, despite the hotel being fully booked. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here in the future if I am ever back in Tasmania.

Check in was very welcoming and efficient. I was travelling with my 85 year old parents in adjoining rooms. The rooms were fantastic! Extremely clean and comfortable and we had so much space! The kitchen facilities were perfect and even had a washer/dryer installed.

Check in was simple and staff were courteous , the room was spacious and very clean. They had fresh water and truffles in the foyer. It was very welcoming. The room is environment friendly with soaps and shampoos in big refillable bottles.

Great welcome. Great room even had a washing machine, drier and iron as we had been away over a week. Coffee pods provided. The view was excellent with all bars and eating places within walking distance. Car parked up for 3 days. Did river cruise, gorge, market, brewery, met friends, chairlift, and 2 tvs as sport was always on one of them. |Wine and cheese consumed in the evening on the balcony overlooking the river. Peppers you have ruined our stays elsewhere as the bar is set very high.|

Fantastic stay! Rooms were huge and extremely clean and comfortable. Very welcoming hotel, thanks to the wonderful staff and yummy chocolate truffles. Within walking distance to several restaurants too.

Very welcoming reception when we arrived. Didn’t take long. Had only booked for a small room, but it was great just a view of the parking area. Arrived late and leaving early. Room has all you need. Unfortunately someone had burnt toast and the fire brigade came. Really pretty spot and lots of walks near the building. Restaurant part of the building. Plenty to do.
