I am over hearing businesses complaining about how hard they are doing it because this business does not deserve your custom. I called to make a booking and was told they were booked out, I explained their website showed available cabins on the night I required? A quick check and yes I was correct. Giving my details for the booking and needing only a one night stay I was told…. We only take two night bookings as a minimum. So I asked, so you would rather the room go vacant than take a one night booking, the reply, yes. Not as if it’s school holidays or peak season! And they had quite a number of available cabins on the night required! Next time I am asked to build a house I’ll tell the customer sorry I can build you two houses not one.

10/10 !!! What an incredible place and family-friendly atmosphere. We stayed in a superior cabin, it was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding super clean. The TV worked well, full sized fridge, heater/air con was great and nice hot water when needed. Everything you needed for a great time away, also with ocean views from the balcony! The staff were so lovely and the amenities and park is amazing. Especially that it’s a short walk to the ocean front and playground - which the kids loved. We will be back, this time for a longer stay!

My partner and I stayed for a few nights. Great location. Just enough stuff in the town to keep you well fed, watered and entertained. As far as the caravan park itself goes... it was good enough. I support some of the comments in other reviews re the amenities being a little sub-par. I note the owner's responses re cleaning occurring twice a day. That wasn't our experience. But, I also agree that mainly the fault here falls to humans who don't respect others. The sites are cramped... at one point, we could physically reach out and almost touch our neighbours. A previous review commented on the bbq area not being clean - that one I disagree with, we saw it being well cleaned. No issues here. I note owner's previous responses re not finding a booking under the author's name... it is under my partner's name I assure readers we were really here! Overall, I would recommend based on location alone.

After reading other reviews it seems I am not alone on this matter. Rudest staff and disgustingly cramped sites.

Firstly after calling up to make a reservation I was met with the rudest customer service. I told them I had two infants under 3 yet she charged me for one and when I called back she made out she was doing me a favour by only charging me for one. Even though both are at no extra cost? It then took 15 minutes on hold (being ignored) until I finally got my refund.
We then checked in at 11 and our site was so cramped we couldn’t even fit our 3x3 gazebo next to our van or our car (we had to park it on a vacant site). The site next to us had their van, their annex and the giant ram all in a row and coming over a metre onto our site. And then on the other side the campers caravan expands section came another foot into our site.

Crescent is such a beautiful location. It’s a shame some of the people ruin it.
Holiday makers are so excited and happy to finally get to their destination. I don’t understand why we are met with such coldness.

Stayed in a caravan creek side..The view was really great and pet friendly. The down side is the ammenaties are getting really run down.Shower taps that are barely working and difficult to regulate the temperature. When checked in the young girl in the office was not very friendly at all..Was still a good break.

We stayed in one of the cabins and everything was perfect, it was super clean, it has everything we needed, location is very good as well. Very happy with our stay there 🙂 highly recommend

Great location but overcrowded noisy and the amenities are disgusting. There is black congealed scunge on the floors of the showers. The amenities block floor is covered in dirt and seems like it hasn't been swept or scrubbed for months. What a shame for such a beautiful area.

Stayed 26th july til 30th july in our van , site was on the creek side, with a fantastic view, sadly thats where it end , the site was rundown the amenities were disusting dirty both in and around the bathroom toilets blocked , broken taps , 4 days and the clothes that were on the back of the shower door were there for all the time i was there clearly no one was cleaning . The van park has no camp kitchen at all only BBQ after seeing the bathroom there was no way you would use the BBQ . ?
