Not a good experience. Massage was hardly enjoyable. Especially for the first 10 mins. The masseur’s hand’s were Freezing! I actually jumped… you’d think they would warm their hands up before touching someone’s bare body… the actual massage was wasn’t very good either. Felt inexperienced and very ‘By the Book’. Won’t be going back.

Disgruntled interstate customer!! This is by far the worst massage I have ever gotten. I asked for foot reflexology and ended up with a foot reflexNoLogic. I was worried the whole time that she might hurt me. The price was $65 for 45 minutes - a complete waste of my time and money. She definitely didn’t want to be there. I didn’t even get my full 45 minutes. I’ve never been so disappointed with a service. This was a real low.

Worth the price. My neck feels a lot more better now! Too bad I was in a rush only did it for 30 minutes. I will surely comeback and extend more time. She did a great job! Keep it up!

Terrible Technique & Painful Experience!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this massage centre was so bad that I feel obligated leave this review, I would give it 0 stars if I could. The person assigned to me lacked proper massage skills and technique, making the session not only ineffective but also dangerously painful.

The most alarming issue was that she repeatedly applied excessive pressure directly to the base of my skull as well as directly on my spine—something any trained masseuse should know never to do. She also dug her fingers into areas of bone as well as my spine, which is incredibly risky and can cause irreversible damage. The worst part was when she drove her elbows into my lower back, a sensitive area that should never be treated this way. It was really painful, and despite asking multiple times for lighter pressure and to move away from such areas, she completely ignored my requests and continued with similar intensity.

Beyond the pain, there was no rhythm or balance to her technique. She spent about 80% of the time on my left side before briefly moving to the right, making the entire experience feel completely unstructured and unprofessional.

A massage should be relaxing, therapeutic, and safe—this was none of those things.

Genuinely the worst massage I have had. The room, reception and table was clean and well presented but the masseur clearly didn’t want to be there. I booked an hour remedial massage for lower back pain. The technique was poor and several times she pushed really hard around my next and spine. 3 days later I have bruising on my neck. The masseur was completely dis interested and finished after 50 min.

If you hire staff, make sure they know how to do a job, especially when it relates to health and wellbeing.

I am local in Tassie, went in there with my guest from NSW to get a massage.. place looks great, rooms looks clean neat and tidy, reception staff are friendly, it was a great massage that we all have and my guest enjoyed it.. therapist took their time to do their job properly and made sure that qe are happy with their service😊 we all left in there totally relaxed and feeling fresh.. and went back in there again the nxt 3 days and until now i still go back in there

Just had the worst 1 hour massage in hobart please don’t waste your money on experienced staff left feeling worse than when i got there slap happy basic experience with no care factor so embarrassing to think i made 3 of us go there and waste good money
atleast employ people with qualifications not just get them in the country to run your business!!!!
