I ate half a dozen oysters that were amazing.
The Canadian Club was ice cold and on tap.
The steak sandwich was to die for. It was served in gently toasted ciabatta bread. The salad was fresh and crisp, it also had a lovely smoaked flavoured sauce.

The onion rings and chips were fine - quite nice. Drinks were good. But the mains were not delicious whatsoever
Steak was 'ok', vegetables with it were quite terrible (maybe just a salad and chips would be better) and the gravy was like a peppery soup

Maybe a bad night in the kitchen, maybe I should have ordered something else

Ordered the lemon pepper calamari, ribs, and rags pasta. The calamari was delicious, the ribs literally fell off the bone and were so tasty and the pasta was a good portion and also very delicious. The staff were very friendly and we did not have to wait long for our food (on a Thursday night). Would recommend if you’re in the area

The Brick Factory in Hobart is a fantastic spot for food and drinks. We enjoyed delicious pizzas and drinks, and the service was impressively quick. The highlight was definitely the half-price pizza special on Wednesdays, which made the experience even better. The food was top-notch, complemented by warm hospitality and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

10/10 – Excellent Place

The pizzas were fantastic, with a great balance of ingredients and a soft, fluffy crust. The service at the bar was excellent—they were attentive and patient with any questions you might have. We visited on a Sunday and discovered live music; I'm not sure what the band was called, but the guitarist and vocalist performed an excellent duet.

Overall, the prices are standard for such excellent food, the space is clean and spacious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I would definitely return.

Food was amazing. Started with the onion rings, and our table had the Mediterranean veg pasta, fish and chips, 2x steak, 1 X steak sanga and a kids chicken nuggets and chips. 10/10 food was insanely good and portion sizes were incredible. Live music, good food and ice cold drinks paired with friendly and amazing service. We are only visiting Hobart but we will be back when we come again!!

I was looking forward to eating at The Brick Factory. The atmosphere was great and in an excellent location. We had a group booking and all of us were disappointed with the chips that accompanied our meal. Not a huge deal but disappointing. Far too salty to even eat, even when covered in sauce. If you have young children, make sure to ask for hardly any salt.

We ordered scotch fillet steak, the meat and vegetable was very hard and dry (need chainsaw to cut up). Atmosphere was good with live music band.
