Whilst in town, my partner and I popped in for a nightcap cocktail and perhaps a dream or two. Was still early and a cool jazz band was just setting up. Bar staff very knowledgeable on their drinks and we had a bit of a chat about the cocktail menu.
The atmosphere was a bit tight inside but very cool. There was an area outside that had extra seating but we did not stay out there long. We couldn't stay for too many but enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back.

This is one of my favourite bars in the world, and definitely one of the best in Hobart

The service is always superb, friendly and fun. The drinks are made beautifully, with care and attention. The venue itself is a gorgeous wee place, equally perfect in summer or winter. When there's live music, it's not overwhelming, and I tell anyone asking for a good night out to come here!

Pablo's is such a hidden gem.
We went there on Saturday, and there were two live bands until around midnight.
The bands were awesome, jazzy, super chill environment.
The place is gorgeous, and cocktails are delicious.
If I could give one recommendation, I would remove the tables located in front of the stage so people can dance and have more space to move around.
Will definitely come back next time I am in Tassie. 🥰

Stopped in for a pre-dinner drink. It was quiet at the time but the bar staff were extremely friendly. Ended up getting the penicillin #1 and it was the best cocktail I’ve had for a very long time. Worth going just to try it! Will be back next time I’m in Hobart.

I visit here every time I'm in hobart!

Cocktails and snacks purchased on every visit are ALWAYS delicious! Prices are a little on the expensive side, but for this type of establishment-its too be expected!

I do not enjoy the flies, heat, or watching indian workers coming and going upstairs while in the outdoor area - pretty much the only downside!
