Largest gathering & celebration of wooden boats in the southern hemisphere every alternate year. Love the parade of sail event, sailing around in the vintage tall ship, looking around all the wooden boats in the docks, visiting the stalls & displays in the waterfront, and enjoying the events and activities.

Can’t wait for 2025. The show in 2023 was simply awesome. If you are interested in boats then you just can’t miss the wooden boat show. So much to see and do. Don’t forget to book ahead as accommodation gets hard to find if you book late.

The Bi-annual wooden boat festival in Tasmania last year 2023 was a hit, a real success and credit to the organisers after having to deal with having the previous festival/ad were many a festival shut down due to the covid mess. The weather was great and the exhibits were many, looking forward to 2025
