Thank you for the amazing upgrade to a beautiful room with cooking facilities, a lovely surprise. The beds are always super comfy at Woolstore and the cleanliness is impeccable. My colleague and I enjoyed a night cap in your bar which is well-stocked and with knowledgeable staff. Your receptionists are always courteous and friendly. Parking is an absolute bonus. It's a no-brainer for us to enjoy your hospitality at the corporate rate.

Great one bedroom apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need in the kitchen. Excellent location, walking distance to the city centre and the wharves. The staff, without exception, were professional and friendly. Great meals in the restaurant, bar and buffet breakfast. Highly recommended

I had a short visit to Hobart, which was my first time in Tasmania. I had a terrific stay at The Old Woolstore Apartments and was skinny upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were accommodating, beds and pillows comfortable and it was lovely to know that at an end of a busy day of business that the bar downstairs offers happy hour and delicious food in the restaurant. It was a perfect central location to walk everywhere which meant I didn’t tended to hire a car. All very reasonably priced and will certainly be back!

Lovely clean room and amenities. Restaurant downstairs was amazing! Quick check in and out, very friendly accommodating staff. Would be better if website stated parking on-site had to be paid for in advance. Was lucky to secure a spot. I think $10 per night would be a fairer price than $20.

A fantastic location to base ourselves as we explored Hobart. Walking distance to all the things we needed and incredibly spacious rooms.

Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and light, and the whole Woolstore experience perfect for our family holiday.

I have mixed feelings on this hotel. The facilities and rooms were clean and neat — though not warm and inviting. And the front desk staff were super friendly and exceptionally helpful with dining suggestions, areas of the city to visit, etc. The main downside of my experience is that you could regularly hear people while I was in my room. First there were kids running up and down the hall on the floor above me, and then there was a loud group of guys talking loudly a few rooms over at 1 am. Given this, coupled with it being a bit on the edge of the central downtown, I’d probably stay elsewhere in the future.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Fabulous and friendly staff on the front desk, very convenient location could walk to everything. The decor of the rooms is a little dated but it was very clean and well serviced. The visit from the Easter Bunny to every occupied room was a very sweet touch. Would t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely, cosy and well equipped heritage apartments. I had a beautiful view of Mt Wellington. Loved how I could open the door to the tiny balcony for some crisp, fresh Tasmanian air. Friendly staff and a lovely restaurant. Great central location with an easy walk to the Marina and Salamanca Place. I would stay again.
