It’s a great location, near the airport and a short drive to Sorrell for shopping and half an hour from Hobart.|We were very lucky to stay with friends here and even better in a luxurious three bedroom suite, number 44. Our bed was comfortable and the modern shower simple and effective. We took advantage of the BBQ. Our hosts used the washing machine and drier, that was in a cupboard!|We had a look around the extensive grounds. There is a tennis court, a good pool with a gym, a playground for the younger kids and a games room to keep teenagers entertained. Though during our four days here I don’t think I saw any guest under 60 years old. There is farm with cows, sheep, goats and an owners’ garden where you might find some herbs and vegetables ready to pick.|At reception a peacock, peahen and chicks greeted us. There are native hens everywhere. Some pademelons were in our back yard and rabbits were running everywhere.|We dined well at Beaches restaurant onsite. My char grilled chicken had a good pesto but it too big for me. The accompanying risotto with tomato was tasty. We enjoyed a couple of bottles of Tasmanian wine, as you should.

As owners we love staying here when in Tassie. Close to the airport but you hardly notice the noise as you enjoy the sounds of the birds around you. The standard of the rooms are fantastic, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathrooms/shower is hot with plenty of spray coming out of the shower head.

7 mile beach out front is great, good size rooms. Great staff. Nice facilities. Pool and hot tub were a hit. They even have a community farm and animals you can check out as well.

Lovely resort, very well appointed, uniys are modern, clean and spacious. Very close access to airport, but quiet - note restaurant is closed Mondays!

Units are clean and tidy, but they are tired and out of date. Unkept Gardens. Had to sweep outdoor area ourselves, hedges over grown, fencing needs a good paint. Shower over bathtub, not good for my elderly parents, accident waiting to happen. The position of the resort is fantastic and love going for a morning walk along Seven Mile Beach to start the day.

Great location, nice and quiet, only 15 mins from Hobart, clean rooms, great service and plenty of things to keep the little ones entertained. Overall, had a great stay here.

Visiting Tassie thought we'd pop in to see. Stumbled across a game. Qld vs Tassie. Free entry. Place was clean. Toilets were not too bad

The bridal party stayed at Wyndham for my daughter’s wedding. Could not have had a better location. The staff were amazing the whole time, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, lovely. We utilised the bbq area several times, and was always in the pool. The function at Beaches restaurant was awesome. And of course the wedding in the pine forest was just extraordinary. Could not recommend this place any higher, was fantastic.
