This accomodation was perfect for a short stay near the airport, without costing a fortune. It was priced well, was clean and had everything I needed. Check in and checkout were done without physical contact, and were seamless and easy. Accomodation was able to accomodate last minute late check in which I appreciated. The room was small, so for a couple with a lot of luggage might be tight, but suited my needs just fine. Would stay there again

We are quite surprised and pleased with the complete amenities of our room. We have all toiletries (eg towels, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) except tooth brush and toothpaste, smart TV, kitchen stuff (kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and spoons). Another plus is good location with stunning lake view, many parking lots and close to the center.Although the room is quite small but we love the comfort and coziness it brings.

Room provides everything you need. Big space, comfy bed, towels, shower kit, fridge and microwave. Owner is very helpful with late check-in. Peaceful neighbourhood and located not far from shopping/food areas.

NEVER GO FOR COTTAGE ROOM
When we entered the cottage room, we were hit with a horrible, humid smell. The room was far from clean — rusty fixtures, visible cracks everywhere, and a generally neglected feel. There was zero ventilation, and to get any air you had to open a glass window that had no fly screen, completely compromising both comfort and privacy.

It was a nightmare experience, and we were left with no choice but to upgrade. Shockingly, we had to pay the full day price to do so, ending up paying over $100 just for a two-night upgrade.

This was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great budget stay, the rooms have been tastefully renovated and the beds are comfortable. Very clean- it is obviously a well kept place. There was an occasional waft of smoke from the smoking area but apart from that I had a very relaxing night. Will stay again when next in town.

Stayed here fr couple nights, previous as well as new owner both were really gud and always happy to help. Room was gud.
Only issue was the housekeeping staff. Soap, shampoo dispenser was empty. Went to see the housekeeping staff (female staff) , she did came to refill it but was very unprofessional. She took a fork from kitchenette, to prick the top of bottles to put in dispenser. After that she just rinsed the fork and left it back there.
Rest linen were not changed we stayed for 4 nights, and was not sure it was suppose to be done by housekeeping or not. Bathroom wasn't cleaned even once while we were there.
Owner is doing his best, always running around to make sure customers are happy. I wish housekeeping staff should be giving their 100 percent too, to make customers stay memorable.

Awful experience. I asked for 2 nights and they told me they had one family room left so I booked the room. The shower was full of mould. The next day they called me and told me that I forgot all my stuff in the room and needed the key back. I told them that I booked 2 nights but they said the second night was already booked. They never told me that the room was only available for one night!

He then told me I should be grateful for what I got. I'm now stuck without accommodation.

Apparently the room they gave us it was supposed to be a double room. The bed was really small and uncomfortable. The manager was really nice and sweet but they did not make up the room for 3 days of our stay and didn't even refill the amenities. Location was nice but won't recommend this hotel for your tazzy trip.
