You know what they say about being too good to be true....yep. Ignore the pictures on the website...our room stank on entry but after throwing balcony doors open soon cleared the air. By the way the balcony overlooks the busy highway so don't expect to be sitting out there with a drink in the evening. Does look out to Mt Wellington which was awesome. No water pressure from shower so don't expect to feel clean and refreshed. Shower curtain was mouldy. I thought the bath was grimy but turns out it had been painted with a brush as were the tiles. Shame that they're trying to do renovations on the cheap as these apartments are quite roomy and have potential. Exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen windows were filthy. At least the bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Would not recommend nor stay here again unless renovated and done properly. Big reason we chose this dump was the position to get around....I hate being this negative but I must say what i thought.

Dirt, stinky rubbish left in court yards. cigarette butts littered out by the back entrance. Plastic on the floor in hallway, reminded me of a scene from Dexter. Bath filthy. marks on wall, ripped wall paper. Just real health hazard not worth the money.

Don’t do it !!! Dirtiest place we have ever stayed ! Black mould in bathroom , air con filters blocked full of foul looking inhabitants, bathroom taps fell off! Pulled the bed back to find a power point and there was an science experiment going on behind there ! Smoked detector was wrapped in glad wrap ? The interior was appalling and so called refurbished in 2016 ? Maybe 1916 ! We payed $187 for the night and it’s not worth $50 ! We stay all over Australia and this was the worst I hope I can help traveler’s out so they don’t do what we have just done and seen !!!!!

I’ve stayed here a few times and it has always been clean & tidy. The appointment layout offers you with abundance of space. Kitchen, living room, bath & bedroom are all in separate rooms. Yes the room decor is very dated however it is located on a great spot and always quite affordable in comparison to many other places. Customer service is always quite nice and accommodating.

These holiday units are in desperate need of a make over! The reviews say that it was decorated in 2016, I can’t see how that was possible unless the glue used on the wallpaper and borders have dried out! The paper is in places just falling off! The bath has been painted (!) and the water pressure was non existent..... however, if, like us, you wanted a clean, spacious, not too far out of town, couple of nights stay, then this place is clean and spacious! Be warned thought the road is continuous all night with traffic, though 6-9 am was by far the worst!

Worse place ever. I checked out cleaned the hotel room spotless and three days later I'm told they was cleaning the hotel room for five hours that's a big lie I have four witnesses too say it was spotless when I had left this lady has gotten me in so much trouble from my housing worker now I can never get help with a hotel for me and my children again! Unbelievable. 😡😡

Stayed with family. The apartments were very spacious and clean. Wifi was brilliant. Everything you need is in the kitchen. It doesn't look the most up to date place but we couldn't fault it. Was prefect and even though it was right beside a busy road there was no noise in our rooms.

Booked and paid for this accommodation through Expedia but then got an email 8 days after from the apartments telling me they had cancelled my bookings as I hadn’t paid enough and when I called them to discuss it they said that they needed an extra $100 a night. As I was staying at the busiest time there was not a lot of alternative accomodation available. I did manage to get in at the Rydges instead for a similar price to my original booking with these apartments. I’m pretty sure after we booked they realised the Sydney to Hobart yacht races were on and had sold themselves cheaply. Any decent person would honour their price but these people are clearly unscrupulous. I was very disappointed as when I had initially booked the Rydges was much cheaper but I chose to book the apartments instead. By the time I had to rebook the prices everywhere has gone up.|When I checked they were still advertising accomodation for $50 more a night, not $100. Very disappointing.
