We had an amazing time staying here on our first trip to Tassie! The accomodation is lovely, the hosts really make you feel like you are at home. The atmosphere in Tasmania is so relaxing and this is really brought to life at this gorgeous Bed and Breakfast. The tours they provide are fun and informative and make you feel like a local no matter how short your stay. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

Travelled to Hobart with a group of friends. We booked Meriam for our four night stay and were treated to a wonderful experience. The house is well cared for the garden is tranquil and the hosts exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were amazing - can not speak more highly of how much we enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Meriam B&B. Our host was absolutely wonderful and the home is beautiful with many layers of history. Amenities upstairs are great with a fabulous kitchen with everything you need. Our room was comfy and spacious and the bathroom was neat and tidy. Would definitely stay at Meriam again.

Our group of 4 couples stayed at Meriam Bed and Breakfast for 4 nights including new year.||Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom/ensuite which were very comfortable and clean. There is a lovely kitchen on the same floor with everything you need if you wanted to be self catering.||Sead, our host, was more than accommodating during our stay. He drove us into the city for New Yesrs Eve (doing 2 seperate trips to get us all there!)||We had the cooked breakfast one morning. It was beautiful. For $15 per person it was better than what you would get eating out.||I would highly recommend staying at Meriam Bed and Breakfast.

However, it is not perfect. The house is old and distinguished, but in some respects, it is just old. Our bed was not very good. We had the breakfast for an extra fee, which was excellent, but I think that it should be included in the room price. The host is a wonderful person from Bosnia, and is a great source of knowledge about Tasmania and many other things. The location is fine, several miles north of Hobart.

This bed and breakfast is an amazing place to stay, the house is on Tasmania's heritage list and is in excellent condition with new renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The host Sead is a true gentleman with a great knowledge of what to do all around Tasmania. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Hobart

Saed and Mubera are proud delightful hosts of this lovingly cared for historic home.|There are four large lovely rooms on the first floor with an attached kitchen. This kitchen is about to be extended and modernised. It enables not only BnB but for those who wish to self cater to do so. This upstairs provides guests their own personal area. There is a fifth bedroom on the ground floor which would suit those of limited mobility.|The four bedrooms large and comfortable, not oversupplied with power points but Saed readily rushes up with a power board. Enquired for the best telephone number to call a cab and Saed immediately responded that he would be delighted to drive me to Constitution Dock. Talking of constitution, nice half hour walk to the city or just across the road is the Domain which provides a wonderful walk giving 360 degree views of Hobart Town.|Great value, include the breakfast and make Meriam your Hobart base

We stayed at Meriam for 3 nights and have the most wonderful time. Our room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked with a beautiful view from the kitchen.||||Saed was a fantastic host who went out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay, his tip on car rental even saved us some money!
