This place was one of the absolute highlights of our Tasmania trip. We fell in love with it as soon as we stepped in. Everything was spectacular - the windows, the views, the beautiful condiments and little extra touches. We will definitely be back again. We have travelled extensively in Australia and internationally and this will forever be one of our favorite places to stay in the whole world!

I was lucky enough to stay at Quarry Hill Lookout with my family. What a beautiful place to stay at, with an absolutely spectacular view. The house was very well maintained and everything we needed and more was there for us.
It's on my wish list to return one day!

Absolutely Wonderful,
Everything about Quarry Hill was perfect.
Terrific communication.
On our arrival the fire was going, music playing and a birthday cake waiting for my husbands birthday.
We always take our our glasses, knives etc as we usually find they are poor quality, but there was no need to here, there is everything you could want and more and all great quality.
2 BBQ’s on different verandas so wind doesn’t affect it.
I could just go on and on but really do yourself a favour and go.
The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s really in a great area with lots to explore.
We will be back again soon.
Best part though, dog friendly! And even for people that don’t have a dog , the place is so pristinely clean you would never know one’s been there.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in November and it was absolutely fantastic. The house is very beautiful the scenery, the views are all amazing. Lying in the luxurious main bed you just lift your head and take in the entire view of the bay.

Quarry Hill Lookout is a very well appointed, comfortable and relaxing house in the heart of Dover. The views are beautiful and it's an easy walk down to the esplanade track which follows the picturesque coast and sandy beaches around Dover. There is so much to do in the area incl Ida Bay railway, Hastings caves, Cockle Creek, Tahune airwalk and fantastic food at Masaakis sushi - Geeveston, and Sass restaurant - Kermandie. This is a great place to base yourself and enjoy the deep south of Tassie. The house is very luxurious and has an amazing wood fire that keeps the place toasty in winter. Highly recommended.

Flawless. Looking out across Port Esperance from any of the perfectly placed windows is captivating. Inside the home just keeps giving. Nicola and Leigh have the perfect escape venue.
