Excellent place to stay if you’re planning to go north and south throughout the Huon Valley.|Tom and Ling are wonderful hosts, however, the actual owner needs to spend some cash and put a/c in each unit. Today was 31 degrees, rare I know for Tassie but had trouble sleeping even with sliding doors open.|Everything you need is here and would stop here again, but not during Summer.

Good place if you’re planning to go north and south throughout the Huon Valley. Cabin has no a/cond, pedestal fan supplied but we had to ask for an extension cord. No Wi-Fi unless by the office. Cannot park by your cabin only in a shared carpark, then you have you walk uphill to the office then down steps along a path and down a steep path to more steps to get to your cabin all while carrying your luggae, though when we checked in Tom did help us. Steps to the cabin require a handrail. Traffic noise is very loud and continues late into the night only to start up again in the early morning. Full size fridge would be better than the under-sink fridge in the cabin.

5 star on a budget. You can't ask for more than that. My mother in law and her friend from Victoria stayed there last week. Whilst l was happy to relocate the Mother in law, she found it quite comfortable and pleasant. A big relief to me and all worked out just fine. πŸ’• thanks guys, you rock.

Had a great experience here. A lot of the reviews complain about how noisy the location is but if you wear ear plugs and have a fan on in the background it’s actually fine! Accommodation close to attractions such as Hartz National park and the caves

Great location if you are travelling here without a car and want a charming place to stay with water views. The self catering units were so clean and tidy. Tom and Ling were both warm and helpful. Bed was comfy and the whole place felt cosy. Seen a few things about the noise but I slept like a log. Would return here if I was exploring the area again

Accommodation was ok, clean and all things offered in cabin itself. The cabins we stayed in was the first one facing the road, very noisy for trying to get to
sleep and if you didn't want to get up early from the noise you will be woken up at 5am. The owners could benefit from perhaps having stairs to the front two verandas for ease of carrying luggage, especially with all the family items, lots of trips from the bottom car park. For those reasons we gave it two stars. Location is beautiful and the owners very obliging.

The view is absolutely stunning, and the residences are perfect for cheap stays with the necessities supplied. The staff are incredibly kind and always checked up on us when they saw us. Would love to come back here on my next trip to Tassie

Decided to do an overnight trip amd wanted to stay somewhere we haven't been before. We had a unit right on the water, great view, great amenities and the bed was super comfy, had a wonderful sleep amd woke up to very still water. Road can be busy during the day but very quiet at night. Great stay, thank you
