Thoroughly enjoyed the drive out through the hills with the magnificent forestry and ferns (Not the Bracken).
The gift shop had lots of tempting goods for purchase
The cafe was beautiful and warm with a lovely view.
Everything clean and tidy
My kids and husband loved the air walk and the swinging bridge walk.
I chickened out at the first 10 meters of the airwalk but appreciated it from below.
My interest is Fungus, so took lots of pictures.
Picturesque and well worth the entry.

Fabulous sign posting - getting there was easy and fun. The walks were well sign posted too. The swing bridges were awesome - my poor heart! Airwalk was great too. Price was right. Food at the cafe was good too. A great experience and highly recommended. Well done and thank you for the investment.

This was a really nice place to visit. The price for a ticket I think is a bit high, but we still enjoyed ourselves. We did all three of the different walks. Everything was quite impressive, especially the air walk of course, but also the swinging bridges. One thing to note is when driving out of the Airwalk you will get to a fork in the road with the continuation of Arve Rd going right and Edward’s Rd going left. If you go via Edward’s Rd, be prepared for a very very long stretch of dirt / gravel roads with pot holes and overall very bumpy.

Delightful experience of going through the natural vegetation and a good learning about bush fire which affected the trees in 2019. It is a 1.5 to 2 hour tour depending on the speed and time taken out for taking photos. The airwalk has a breathtaking view at the end of the bridge and the swinging bridges are the most enjoyable and fun.

Suggestion: The last entry is before 3:30pm so you can buy a ticket and go for the tour, but the cafes close at 3:30pm.

When we were leaving, the staff were very rude to us when we by mistake entered the cafe and told us there is another exit whoch has to be used after the cafe closes.
Overall a pleasant place to visit.

Great place. Allow 2 hours at least if you do the Airwalk/swinging bridges. Staff were fairly ordinary and grumpy, particularly the old lady as you walk in.
Also don't trust Google. If it tells you to take a dirt road, you'll more than likely reach a locked gate and have to back track.

Fabulous walking day. Two hours walk to do the amazing Forest loop. Gigantic trees, moss. Tahaune sky walk was fabulous with great views and then we walked along the river to the twin Swing bridges. Remarkable..lovely

Really nice place to visit. The air walk is great fun. The views are amazing. The only down side was the lady were served by named Tracey, she had such a bad attitude and the worst possible person you could have dealing with the public. She had a sour look on her face and was visibly annoyed when we tried to ask questions. Basically ignored us, even though we're were there pretty early basically yelled instructions at us and was clearly in a bad mood, it's not our fault you chose to work here and are having a bad day don't take it out on the paying visitors. she was happy to take our money to pay for the walk though.

Just an edit.. Tracey might be a respected and valued team member but there is never an excuse to treat people the way she treated us others that day. The place was not busy, if I treated and spoke to people the way she spoke to us I would be ashamed of myself

Staff were not overly friendly. But they did their job.
They also charged my mum full price when she wasn't able to do any of the walks.
On our way back up at the end I overheard the staff rushing to lock up gift shop so that we wouldn't come it. We had purposely given ourselves 5 minutes to buy a drink and a souvenir before it closed.
The facilities and walks themselves are good but if you have a larger family I don't think its worth the drive or associated cost.
