Myself and two other friends booked in for a 60 minute full body massage but left feeling very disappointed. Myself spent 50 minutes on my stomach and only to be turned over at the end to have my shoulders and neck massaged, without any pillow or support under my head and also nothing covering my eyes. The fronts of my arms, legs, hands and feet were left untouched. I had noted on my form to please have no oil in my hair but this resulted in no head massage at all instead of washing oil from their hands or doing this at the beginning.

Massive thanks to Claire, the best massage I've had. For someone who normally opts for a remedial, I tried a Tui Na Chinese remedial massage with Claire, and it was the most rejuvenating massage I've ever had. She was so easy to get along with, but also so professional, she explained what it did for my body and I felt like she released tension in my back/neck/shoulders that previous massages couldn't get to. She went above and beyond offering advice, stretches, and information to help me following the massage. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

What a beautiful spa, and what a lovely team of people! So professional and friendly, and Mirinda did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She listened to what I wanted, explained the process and products thoroughly, and I felt relaxed and happy with how she explained the procedure and carried it out keeping me informed every step of the way, and clearly advising what to expect following the procedure! She also explained and addressed queries I had about other cosmetic procedures without making me feel like I was being “pushed” into (or out of!) what I was interested in! I am very happy with the result, and looking forward to booking my next (few) treatments! Thank you for a wonderful experience - l had originally booked online with another place, but cancelled because the tone and sheer volume of emails was very impersonal and seemed more about sales than client experience - lucky for me, because I am soooo happy with Quay Day Spa!

Last week I visited Quay Day Spa for the first time. The premises is stylish, has a relaxing atmosphere, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Chloe was my beauty therapist. Chloe was professional, knowledgeable about the waxing treatments she was performing, made me feel very comfortable and had great attention to detail. The before and after care that was included with my service was above what I've received else where in the past. It was a lovely experience all round and I will happily return in the future. My first appointment at Quay Day Spa with Emily was absolutely delightful. The suits are beautifully furnished and the Centre gives a comfortable vibe of luxury which added to the enjoyment of my first facial. Emily was lovely and supportive as we talked and as she explained the process we are undertaking in this 6 Week Challenge. Today, this morning as I started my (old) routine, I noticed on my face that blackheads that I have been trying to get rid of for months just wiped away!! The product Emily used yesterday at my first appointment has already started to improve my complexion.
