We had an amazing morning celebrating a hens party, it was wonderful that the six of us could enjoy the spa and sauna and then one of Cinergees most amazing treatments. We loved the space where we could relax, drink tea and even give ourselves a card reading.

Beautiful salon in spacious surrounds with friendly staff, amidst a zen atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, and are served calming teas, to walking into the therapy space for your treatment, you will be on cloud 9!

It’s worth mentioning there’s a very holistic vibe to their philosophy and many of the ingredients used are natural, like good quality oils or honey.

If you have sensitive skin it’s a welcome treat!

I had a pinched nerve in my lower back, which was incredibly painful, and I decided to have a remedial massage at Cinergee. This was the first time I'd had one - and was the best thing I could have done!
Ange Smith was my therapist, and the effect was astounding! She was extremely professional, and was very thorough. She worked on all the tight muscles, released blockages and got fluids flowing again.
Ange has many years' experience and is very knowledgeable - and was happy to share advice, exercises, dietary information etc, for which I was truly grateful.
She also passed on extra information that I requested, which I found really helpful.
I am now pain-free which, after having had back pain for so long, is an amazing feeling. I will continue to follow her advice.
I highly recommend Ange if you want thorough treatment - she has certainly helped me immensely. I am sure their other therapists are also very professional - I'm just relating my experience.
I found all the staff at Cinergee really friendly and helpful, and will definitely be going back for regular tune-ups.

Angela was my assigned spa therapist and her care and attention were second to none. She was so experienced in her massage techniques. Her soothing words and manner were outstanding. I had booked my partner and I in for a couples package and chose all the components of it that I wanted. The staff were so lovely, the whole space is absolutely stunning and so well thought out. The massage, Indian head treatment were to die for!! We both walked out so relaxed and wish we could do it everyday. Do yourself a favour and book in. I was gifted a massage from a beautiful friend...and this was utterly heavenly!! I have experienced a number of local businesses that offer massage...Cinergee wins hands down!! The room was perfectly warm. The bed was heated, my masseur was a musician of muscle. If I had to pick on fault, it was that there was someone next door cleaning up which was a little distracting...but that only lasted 15mins. Other than that. Every person I encountered upon arrival to leaving was lovely!! I have already teed up my next visit and will be treating another friend of mine to this amazing experience!!
