Love this company.

I had my father come up from Sydney to live with me and knew he needed to build a new social network.

Everybody at Metro have been so fantastic and so accomodating. They have had their challenges with Dad, but have cruise through them.

Thank you so much to Kim and (Lynelle former colleague) who have really been so nice, supportive and accomodating to Dads needs.

We will always remember how amazing this company has been.

If your parents are over 60 and need adventure and a social life with a company that truly cares, this is the company for your loved ones.

I thought I do the right thing by pointing out issues like not getting a email in around 2 weeks, and other issues like in November the website is still showing April/May calendar, in my outlook program the email address is incorrect as the g in org is missing and there is no contact form on the website as the website claims.

But instead of basically thanking me for pointing out the issues, they claim people are looking into the issues even those the issues has been happening since April and won't respond any further. 👎👎👎

Kids are literally yelling, crying and carrying on out the front, seems like no parental supervision. Its 10:45pm on a sunday night. Tried calling but no one is answering.
