This was my first time attending the Sound of Music Classical at Riverstage. The venue was great! The stage is located at the bottom of a slope which made it easier for me to see the whole event.
It rained heavily that evening but we still had the most fun. The event went on as planned.

Recently attended the Ministry of Sound concert at Riverstage, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The venue is well-designed, with plenty of room and space to move around comfortably, even in a big crowd. The stage is perfectly positioned, with excellent sound and lighting that really enhances the atmosphere. No matter where you’re standing, you get a great view and immersive experience.

The grounds were well-kept, and they had everything needed for a great night—plenty of portable toilets, good food stalls, and smooth organization overall. It’s clear the team behind Riverstage knows how to create an enjoyable and hassle-free event.

If you’re considering attending a concert here, I can’t recommend it enough. The vibe, setup, and overall experience were top-notch!

Riverstage is a Fabulous Venue for Concerts.

Located within a relatively easy walk across the Goodwill Bridge not far from Southbank Railway Station.

Saw Bachelor Girl, Gabriella Chilmi & The CORRS.

Had a Great Night.

Lots of Food Vans and Drinks were available.

Plenty of Toilet Facilities also.

Seating and standing room. Great providing it doesn’t rain. Staff not allowed to put ice in drinks that don’t come with ice. For instance, the wine has been poured for 30 minutes and It was almost room temperature when we purchased it but they won’t give you any ice fruit. Ridiculous.

Loved the Riverstage first time visit for me
To see Leon Bridges amazing to watch good sound n lights ,toilets n food venues didn’t have to wait long to buy water n food good place to watch a concert highly recommend visiting the river stage

Haven't been to an event at the River Stage for 20 years. Great venue. Easy to access and amazing views. My only criticism is the toilets were only on one side and our seats were a long way away from them which made it extremely difficult to get to them.

Not too bad. My feet were cutting into the front of my shoes from standing on the hill for 3 hours.
The bar that's chucked half way into the audience and blocks the view on the stage is pretty stupid.
Saw Empire of the sun, they were pretty good, just wish they played more of their older songs.
Lots of bass here but the treble sound and vocals don't cut through enough.

Yesterday ( 20/10/24) I saw wonderful TISM plus 4 excellent support acts.
This Excellent Outdoor Venue has a music festival vibe. Comfy sloped grass area with cement dance floor down the front of stage. Great Sound and Visibility. Plenty of toilets , good food/ drink stands. A Great Gig.
