I am quite disappointed with my experience. I’ve been receiving laser treatments for seven years (from this company), and I’m still not hair-free. After arriving to my appointment, the staff spent about ten minutes chatting amongst themselves instead of taking in either myself or the other customer. I usually have a lovely technician, but today’s technician was not only unwelcoming but also seemed judgmental throughout the entire treatment. I had arrived early (8 weeks rather than 10 weeks as I am going away) to touch up areas that were missed during my last treatment. I specifically asked the technician to target an area on my bikini line that has been missed multiple sessions in a row, but unfortunately, she didn’t address it (or even go close to it). My underarms were only treated with ONE zap to cover another missed section (previous appointment), yet I was charged the full amount as if the entire service had been completed. The technician said it would be ‘a waste of her time and mine’ to do the whole area if she couldn’t see the hair follicle. Very disappointed for the amount of money I have spent at this company (>$4000).

I was very disappointed by my treatment at this center and have been using this company for about 7 years. I normally went to the city center(which is closed) or the chermside center. On the day of my treatment I had a tech in training who was being supervised normally not an issue. This time though the teacher was not instructing the girl how to properly do a Brazilian. As I said I have been going for 7 years and have been asked to get in many positions or hold things open. In this session no position was asked of me so I did the normal butterfly legs but wasn't asked to hold anything open. The tech just used the wand to open areas and because of this burned me. It has been a few weeks now and I am still dealing with a burn that won't heal. I felt that this center is more about selling you a multi pack of treatments rather then Doing their job properly. I will never go back to that center ever again.

It was my first time laser hair removal. Was a bit nervous at first but my therapist was very nice, patiently explained and answered all my concerns. I'm giving 4 start only because the website fail to mention that I HAVE to use specific aftercare products and they would be quite costly for someone doing large areas of LHR. I only realised that when I was signing the consent form before the treatment. Besides that, I had a very good experience in the clinic and will be going back:)

Inconsistent results with laser hair removal have led me to stop treatments after a frustrating phone call this morning. An employee accused me of lying and claimed I don’t “rock up” to my appointments, which isn’t true. While I’ve had to cancel a few appointments (always in advance) due to my unpredictable work situation, I’ve never been asked to pay a deposit when booking online—perhaps this should be integrated if it’s a requirement.

I booked an offer for microneedling two months ago, a week ahead of my birthday. They called me three hours before the appointment to tell me the machine was broken and they offered another treatment that was $210 more. They said the machine had been broken for a while but they didnt notify me.

Then they offered another treatment for the same price, saying it was a new machine, but it turned out to be the same treatment I tried a year ago for less price and it wasnt even that great.

I walked out quite disappointed about the way my skin looked, definitely not what I paid for. It was ok, but not what I bought.

No one should ever get laser hair removal here. You have to buy two creams. You don't have choice. This means that you will need to buy two creams(99$), separate from the cost of laser hair removal.

I went to here at 5th Sep. i did laser treatment(underarm, half leg, Brazilian) after that they told me I going to put on after care cream it should be help me. Price was 99$ (20% discount) i thought too much price for me. So I asked can i get just one things? They said no, I have to buy this cream. I felt so much pressure to me. I don't have choice. I bought that cream. I thought this was wrong and felt like I was being pressured, so I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't give me a refund if I changed my mind. But I didn't even get any skin care, I was just trying to get a refund for the cream I bought, but they just said no, and told me to go home today because a manager would contact me the next day.(9th Sep) The next day, I didn't get a call back, so I called again and explained the situation to the staff again, and they said that they couldn't give me a refund. When I went back there, I asked if I had to buy 2 creams to get laser hair removal, and they said yes, and that it was posted online, but I couldn't find anything. What's even more ridiculous is that the same cream product was selling for $84 for two online (20% off), but I paid $99.

They don't answer my calls and don't give me any feedback. I wonder if they act like this because I'm a foreigner. Unfortunately, I have to write this here. I hope no one suffers like me.

10/10 would recommend. Rachel is just absolutely amazing with her work! It’s my only second session but I leave with my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated, and it remains so for a while! I love it my miss loves it and I’m sure her clients does too.
