The massage staff are amazing at Corner 11 and I loved all of massages there . The staff deserve 5 stars , however I was shocked by the managers response to an accidental breakage. When I arrived i was greeted by the friendly staff as I approached the counter. I was then directed to a different room i had used previously and as I walked towards the room looking ahead not down i bumped into a pot plant that was situated on a stand in front of the counter and low to the ground. I accidentally knocked it over causing it to break . I was very apologetic and offered to clean up . The staff politely refused and i went on to have an amazing massage. When the massage was over and i was about to leave the staff said they had to let the manager know and i was expected to pay $50 . I still pondered whether it was a pot made with organic imported soil and filled with a very expensive hybrid plant I suppose you cant put a price on sentimental items . I was surprised as i thought they would be covered by accidental breakages and the managers attitude was questionable . Its not as though i broke it in a fit of rage . I said i would've replaced it and was shocked at the handling of the situation. I honestly intended to go to bunnings and come back the next day with a new pot and plant . The manager was not on the premises at the time so i could not talk to her directly instead she put the staff in the position to inform me of the outcome and do her dirty work . Luckily i wasn’t hurt or cut. This happened a couple of months ago and i have been thinking about whether its worth putting it on a review . I just want to highlight the fact the the massage staff are amazing and i don't want to cut my nose to spite my face by not going back, however the managers attitude was disappointing
