The apartments are getting dated, especially the bathroom and kitchen. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the kitchen area was very small for 4 adults. There was a terrible smell from the drains in the ensuite bathroom.|The location is very good and the view is excellent, however the construction of a building between the Oaks and the river could considerably restrict the view.

Had a 1 night stay here recently, and it was fabulous. We were lucky enough to receive an ugrade to a high floor river view apartment which was amazing.|The staff are super friendly, and the location was ideal. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, including a nespresso machine for our morning coffee.|We would definitely stay again when next in the city.|Thank you Team Felix!

Great location, that’s about it. The lack of proper hospitality training, basic manners and professionalism in the reception staff was some of the worst we’ve experienced in any hotel. Shift managers had zero problem solving skills, guest satisfaction is on the bottom of their priority list. Hard to believe this hotel isn’t less than 4 stars.
The cleanliness was awful, there was a previous guests writing on our room wall, the bowl still had food stuck to the bottom of it, and there was no toilet paper. Reception staff did the absolute bare minimum reluctantly. A couple of good eggs in the staff but unfortunately not worth the money. The bedroom was the worst part, wasn’t clean at all, nails and dust all over the sheets. It’s like they don’t even have housekeeping. Very strongly advise against this place.

Great Hotel. Staff were so down to earth and friendly. Great location not to far away from Brisbane, but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely return for another holiday here. Thanks Guys Great job. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last hotel in Brisbane. Awful. Wouldn’t give it one star. Reception and check in what a joke. A very rude man who needs a lesson or ten in customer service skills and an Indian lady whose excuse was sorry we are just too busy. Both of them totally incompetent and one of the worst check in experiences I’ve ever had! We had issues as our booking was made by our company but instead of smiling and helping us we were made to feel really bad. About ten disgruntled people waiting also in the que! Then it went downhill as the room is awful. Dirty and shabby and old and covered in stains and marks on the walls. I feel totally unclean in this hotel and am dreading spending the night here. I will not be using this hotel again and won’t be recommending it to clients. No water in the room which is very strange also!! At $570 a night for a two bedroom apartment very poor indeed.

UPDATE: One of the night time staff, Fumi, attended to our concern on the horrendous smell of the room and by morning he had us another room to move into, which is a lot more pleasant.
Currently staying here with family and first interaction with a particular staff all I got was his rudeness. No customer service skills at all. Checked into room and it smells terribly of cigarette. I went to let reception know and same staff said it's a non-smoking room and cleaning staff has already been in, so it shouldn't smell. He offered to spray the room himself knocked once on our door and let himself in. He then mentions that it's the chemicals the cleaners used! Absolutely disgusting excuses. Bed linen are dirty and so are towels. And if you're going to use their extravagant pricing of a car park you better have a small mini car as it's the worst car park in the city. I can't believe we are paying the money to stay here, we absolutely hate it!

Central location, Clean and comfortable. There is no where to enter half a star, this hotel is a solid 3.5 stars ✨ While it’s great this hotel is open 24 hours, a bit pointless if staff are not that knowledgeable, and I could barely make myself understand. If you arrive early there is an uncomfortable waiting area for you to be seated, as they will not let you into your room a second before 2pm. These rooms are not serviced at all. When asking front desk for towels, bin bags etcetera, I felt like I was in an episode of the twilight zone. For convenience a massive yes. If you are looking for style and grace, you won’t find it here. Recommend only for convenience.

After a very busy day of exploring the city this hotel has been our rest haven! Very clean rooms and stunning views at night. Will definitely book again.
