They promoted a free ice tea (1 per customer as per the terms and conditions).

When I drove in there with friends, they would only provide 1 ice tea as they counted the car itself as the customer instead of the individual person. When I bought this up, they said they would not provide more than 1 ice tea.

I was quite disappointed with this experience due to the misleading terms and conditions. It did not specifically say that a car was count as 1 customer and most people would assume that 1 customer means 1 individual. The team working there were quite insistent with this idea that a car was a customer so I let it be.

The ice tea was fine but the taste of it was soured by the experience.

We come here regularly but today the food wasn’t that great as they put uncooked mushrooms in my sandwich.
My husband ordered a steak sandwich but we had to change his order as they had run out of steak. When I asked for a refund in the cost I was given a frosty attitude and the server looked over at her colleague shaking her head. Really unprofessional, it was only a few bucks but I’m not paying for something I didn’t order.

Regularly changes menu/specials, even the boards in the drive thru are often wrong - e.g. on Monday they allow me to combo an item, saving $4-6, but on Tuesday they deny it - this happens all the time. Coffee is inconsistent and expensive. Some staff are nice, others are impolite. I put up with it for a long time but have actually started getting 7/11 coffee instead because at least it's consistent and cheap, or going to Zaraffas down the road which is a similar price and is always excellent quality.

Had a salmon eggs Benedict + a hashbrown delivered by Menulog. This is what turns up. A non-existent portion of salmon, no hashbrown. Paid extra for these, service fee, and delivery fee. Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend.

On multiple occasions this place has disappointed. They take forever for both coffee and food even when not busy, stuff up orders and forget what you've ordered. They need to train their staff to use the waiting bay and just to move quicker. I understand staffing is difficult but it's unacceptable to wait 30 minutes in a drive through for 2 coffees even if it's a busy morning. They also use longlife milk for lactose free drinks which detracts from their otherwise good coffee

I enjoyed the peach mango iced tea and breakie burger. Very friendly well informed staff . Food and drinks came within 5 minutes . Burger and drink tasted great

The Coffe Club is on of those places we all have where every 5 or so years you'll give it another go.

There is no pride , quality or service responsibility at the Coffee Club Everton park.

I ordered bacon and eggs which seemed to have been cooked in a microwave, 2 or 3 bites in the thought of would I serve this to a dog, so i cut my losses and left
