Great location - the apartment comes with everything you need - well equipped kitchenette. FREE parking - so nice to see a place that provides free, secure parking. A terrific central BBQ area could cater for a large number. And did I mention the very helpful and friendly staff - we only have good comments about our 8 day stay.

Great location right on the free bus loop but close enough to the CBD to walk. Spacious and comfortable apartment close to good eateries. The manager, Sally, kindly allowed us to check in early when we arrived to drop our bags off until the due check in time. Will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed here with young children for 4 nights. The location was excellent for proximity to St Andrew's Hospital. The city wasn't far away and there was a free shuttle bus to the station and the Queen St Mall. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was a bit dated but very clean and spacious. I would recommend this apartment hotel to families wanting to be close to St Andrew's Hospital.

Cannot speak highly enough of the manager Sally! Very friendly and helpful. After 12hr continuous travel from regional WA and arriving 4am into Brisbane received a warm message from Sally welcoming an early check-in. Upon arrival our brief but thorough check-in was the start of a fantastic stay. Stayed here as a family with kids 8 & 10yrs for a week in a two bedroom apartment which was comfortable and had everything we required - a full kitchen and washer/dryer right in your apartment! Located close to IGA and cafes with very good prices it was a very convenient stay in Spring Hill. Having the free Spring Hill Loop bus service (#30) on the door step provided frequent and easy public transport access into the Brisbane CBD, which was a fun experience for our children as we just managed the travel times outside the peak hours. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a one bed room apartment. it is within walking distance to Queen St and the free bus stops out side the door every 10 min. the apartment was average as far as cleaning but it was well appointed with all you would need including a full kitchen and cooking gear.the apartment is showing it age. would we stay again, Yes

We had five adults stay in a two bedroom unit and it was extremely spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. Great location and excellent value for money. Special shout out to Sally who was a wonderful, friendly host and promptly posted a forgotten item back to me today. I will recommend to friends and family 🙂

We stayed in a 2 bedroom appt, it was very roomy and comfortable. Both bedrooms and lounge had aircon. Free bus to the city or uber right from the door. Close to food and bottle shop. Clean kitchen and bathrooms, staff friendly and walked us to the room making us feel safe.|

A great located accommodation spot! Close to all the transit systems! Nearby cafes & bottle shop!A Dr surgery! GPO! Parking! Great comfortable beds & clean rooms! Friendly staff always willing to give you advice on how to get somewhere! Wheelchair access to the entrance!
