Went in with a headache for a quick head, shoulders and neck today for 30 minutes. It was gone within the first 5 minutes of the treatment. Knots in my shoulders were shown a lot of attention and I'm feeling great now. The staff members were very friendly, and easy to explain where treatment was needed. I'll definitely be back next week!

Went in with a lot of tension in my back and neck. They worked hard at removing it but it was the most excruciating experience of my life, I mentioned multiple times that it was too hard and to go lighter. I suffered through it because I thought it was necessary to relieve the tightness.
I left feeling better but within the hour I was in agony. I can’t sit or lay down without agony. I woke up this morning to multiple bruises which I feel is not normal.

The lady was lovely though and put in the effort. I did put down on the form for medium pressure and not to massage bum or face and I guess she didn’t read it because that pressure was extra hard and both those things were massaged. They didn’t change the bed linen between the previous customer and myself which is a bit gross, and she had to interrupt my massage multiple times to answer the phones - they really should have someone on the front desk.

I regularly get massages to relieve neck tension, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was no flow to the treatment – the therapist inconsistently worked one side of my neck and didn’t balance the attention between areas. The pressure was all over the place, despite my feedback, ranging from too soft to too hard with no consistency. It is evident she didn’t know what she was doing and hasn’t had any training.

On top of that, there was little attention to client comfort. Oil was applied directly into my freshly washed hair, whereas most places use a towel to protect it. When I turned from my stomach to my back, no pillow was placed under my head, leaving it uncomfortably sunk into the table.

The worst part was the oil she used—it burned my skin and made my tongue tingle. Even after rushing home to shower, my skin continued to burn 30 minutes later. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, not to mention traumatised by the burning sensation on my skin. I ended the session early, as it was truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

The policy actually clearly states that if we are unhappy with the service we can make a complaint during OR AFTER as per the sign on the desk. The final straw for me was the product you applied toward the end of the massage which continued to burn my skin for over an hour after. I did not have the whole massage; I ended the massage in my terms and the refund was the least that could have been done.

I had an awesome massage here, I want to be really clear about that. However, and it’s a big however for me, the linen and cover sheet were not changed from the previous client and the head pillow and bed combination smelt horribly like cigarette smoke. Probably from the previous client (or few clients) and not from the massage area or staff. To be super clear, I was having an amazing foot and leg massage, watched the previous client leave and very clearly saw the staff fold and reposition the linen without changing it. Then the hour massage (a wonderful massage!) with a face full of a truly horrible smell and the knowledge that the smell was from the linen I was encompassed in. So sad that the amazing skills of the staff and a truly superb massage was let down by sub-standard practices and poor hygiene.
