We just had our Wedding Catered by this company and all I can say is a big thank you to Debby - our event went off without a hitch.

The service was fantastic and the staff went beyond what we expected and served all our cocktail hour food to all our guests, who were floating all around inside and outside at our venue, while we were coordinating our photos. The service at the buffet line was efficient and all our guests were fed well. The Bridal table service was great even asking us what we wanted for both mains and desserts to ensure we got whatever we wanted. Plenty of food leftover which the staff packed into our provided containers.

All our guests kept raving about the food some even commenting that it was some of the best catered food they have ever had.

If we ever need catering again for another function we will definitely be using your services again.

• Delivery was prompt and on time.
• The staff was friendly and approachable.

• The overall service was smooth and hassle-free.

• The food was generally tasty.
• However, the cauliflower and pumpkin dishes were slightly burned.
Guest Feedback
• The dessert, pavlova, was especially liked by our guests.
Areas for Improvement
• Staff responded that it was self-serve when asked to serve seconds. Better customer service would have been to accommodate the request as the staff was on site.
• Staff hurriedly packed up and did not offer to leave the leftovers despite us having containers prepared. When approached (in an email), the business representative stated this was not company policy.
Conclusion
It appears there is room for improvement in customer service and adherence to customer requests. Ensuring that staff are more accommodating and flexible, especially when on site anyway, would enhance the overall customer experience. Furthermore, reconsidering company policies regarding leftovers could potentially improve client satisfaction.

In response to your reply, correct you may not have used the exact words but it was understood that way and furthermore if it is not company policy, why not just "do it" as a good customer service?

Very happy with the catering for a family birthday party. Have used At Your Service before and have not been disappointed. Guests absolutely loved all the food that was served. Leftovers were packed neatly away for us in the containers we provided. Would happily use again for our next event. Thank You Debby and co.

Thank you so much Debbie for making our wedding a dream come true! We had Josh and Rani serve our wedding and they were so lovely and prompt with everything. They served the bridal table and ran the buffet so smoothly for the rest of our guests. The food was delicious and everyone had plenty to eat. The price was extremely reasonable for everything they did for us.

We cannot thank Deb enough for once again making our party a huge success.
The food was SENSATIONAL - there was so much for every guest to eat & we had so much leftover food which we as a family could enjoy for the week.
This is the 3rd time we have had Deb cater our Birthday parties. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Deb & her staff.

Exceptional food and great service! Only issue was we paid enough food for 60+ people and paid them to pay to serve and the meat only went as far as 45 people. Would use them again if they were accurate.

Hired the team for catering at our wedding. Lead up communication wasn’t great. Food on the night was good other than the arranged canapés for the bridal party photo time being dumped in the smokers section..
Leftovers were arranged to be left and were taken with them instead.
Reached out following with concerns, still waiting on a response 3 weeks later.

Good food but if you have high expectations for service, reconsider.
