The ladies were lovely to deal with and made you feel welcome, the only issues were that the lady working on my nails wasn’t taking enough care while painting and I ended up with nail polish being cured onto my skin. I was also charged $60 while the sign quoted $40 for a spa pedicure and they didn’t offer an explanation on the difference on price. If the nail polish I chose had an effect on the price I would assume they would let you know before you chose it, but I did not get any nail art or special nail polish (cracked or heat sensitive etc) so I do not understand why the price varied so much. Please confirm before they start on the price of the service you are receiving because it may be more then what you are willing to pay but they won’t let you know until they have finished

After 3 days, my nails look like I've had them for 10 days. Cuticles were not pushed back and they've intentionally not done the refill on the full nail bed. I will need to go back after 1 week for a refill. Not a very good job overall.

The service I received was insensitive and rude. I understand they were very busy but a quick hello how are you would have been nice. With being a person with allergies they never asked if I was okay with having moisturiser lathered up my arms in excessive quantity which ended up in a break out after my appointment. Their care when it came to doing my nails was like I was being poked and prodded with my nail beds looking like they have been picked at and I seriously think I got overcharged for a simple application of polish.

Absolutely appalling. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, both from the customer service and condition of my nails. The older lady (I assume owner) was very rude after she realised I simply wanted a shape and colour with normal polish (despite being a service they offer and advertise). She cut my nails despite me asking to keep the length, and tried to use the nail drill which is unnecessary. She applied all the coats without drying in between so I was left with a cracked and soft manicure that developed lumps later as the coats did not cure. She surely knew better, but clearly didn’t value me as a customer as I wasn’t spending enough for her to warrant me any kindness or quality. I maintained my politeness despite her terrible service, but still she was extremely rude and just mumbled directions at me, and when she was finished she just came over to turn the fan off and walk away, saying nothing.

Got a quote for my sister and partner to get there feet and hands too be done then half way through they gave them a new price way over $100 more. and looking at the job that they did looks like a child did it. Not happy with the service. Went to question the owner & was put on show in front of all the other clients. Quite an embarrassing experience for my family. Also some girl next to them came in for a full set with 2 little designs on a full set & was quoted $150 that she had to consult with her dad with & he refused. Luckily she wasn’t half way through the service before she asked. Absolutely crappy service and would not recommend. The same service at brookside for the exact same thing is half the price plus better service.. please beware.

Worst experience I have ever had. I had an older woman may have been the owner. She was as rough as anything. Made everyone of my toes bleed. I was in and out of this place for a full shellac pedicure in under 25 minutes and not only that she got the colour wrong and when I told her didn’t take it off just coloured over the top. Charged me full price, did not apologise. Disgusting.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have received Mani/Pedis around the world and I can safely say this is one of the worst I’ve ever had.

I’m giving them three stars because I think the woman who did my pedicure was a little bit better, but my manicure was shockingly bad. Worse, my nails are ruined; it will take months for them to recover.

I had gel on when I came in and when she was removing them, I told her to please be careful to not drill so much that she makes my nails thin.

The last place I was going to (in another country) was very careful with this, and my nails were still very thick and strong! I know this 100% because a few of my nails had the gel coming off but the nails were still so strong & not breaking at all even though exposed.

She told me not to worry, kept drilling, and even though I was getting polish, she even buffed them?!

I was so sad to realize they’re now paper thin - they almost hurt they’re so thin! Even with several coats of (regular) polish on them, they bend. 😩

The paint job on my manicure was the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. Uneven. Marks around the edges on my skin everywhere. Is her eyesight going? I could paint my own nails better than this! (And I will be doing so today to take off this abomination.)

I hate to leave a bad review but my god. Just unbelievably bad. I’m so sorry I went here and will certainly never go back.
