The Crispy Kale has a great selection of fresh food and beverages for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When you walk in the doors or order a takeaway from the window you’re welcomed with a warm ambience coupled with friendly service from the staff.
This cafe is dog friendly and very convenient for takeaway orders only a text message away.
The authentic Nepalese dinner freshly made by talented award winning chef’s every Friday and Saturday are absolutely delicious, filled with flavour.
BYO on Friday and Saturday’s makes for the perfect excuse to call it a date night, corporate meeting or family dinner.

I recently visited Crispy Kale and had a fantastic experience! The Kwati was absolutely delicious - the food was a standout dish and perfectly seasoned. The chef clearly knows his stuff and puts care into every dish.

Not only was the food delicious, but the service was great. My server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made some excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I highly recommend Crispy Kale Cafe to anyone looking for delicious food and a smooth service. The chef and staff clearly take pride in what they do and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!

The Krispy Kale is a Napalese cafe with an Aussie twist. I enjoyed the shakshuka which came served in a small skillet with a rich tomato based sauce. Coffee was presented well & had good flavours. There's a few tables situated outside if you decide to bring pooch along

It's a Public Holiday; we needed nourishment so off we went to find it. This used to be an old hardware store for decades, so the outside has a wonderful old-fashioned feel. It's roomy inside with a few tables outside. (But I do bemoan those tiny tables and low chairs.) A jug of cold water and glasses came out promptly. You order at the counter, and food is brought out - as per ... I had a good coffee with 2 cute cubes of cheesecake, while hubby had a strawberry milkshake. I ate eggs Benny with bacon and halloumi while he had corn and zucchini fritters. Those fritters were good! - not too floury, tender and tasty. My Benny came on crumpets (unusual) but good. I wasn't fond of the tomatoey sauce with mushrooms on my Benny but that's just personal preference. A bit too cumin-y for me. Halloumi was thin and well-grilled; eggs were softly poached just the way I like them, and all up I enjoyed my brunch. They have an external coffee window so you can grab and go too. Atmosphere was fine; food was good and coffee was great. Worth a trip to the other side of the railway line! :=)

We were very impressed, locals that have been meaning to try the crispy kale for a long time, and glad we finally did! We both had the eggs bara and it was delicious. A traditional Nepalese dish I believe. The coffee was real good too. Highly recommend would be good to see more people there to give it a bit more atmosphere

One of our local go-to places for coffee and breakfast. Sanju and team are always inviting and friendly. The coffee and food is consistently great.
I could also purchase a Burnt Basque Cheesecake on request!
Highly recommend going for a coffee and cheesecake.
