Well stocked with pantry supplies, plenty of cool drinks and road trip snacks. Usual service station emergency car supplies. The girls give excellent customer service and are always extra polite. Limited menu and they still have a few old menus up so it can be confusing to know what is available. Hot drinks- coffee and hot chocolate, no teas. Excellent coffee at reasonable price.

Best burgers around. Perfect squishy bread, beetroot, large delicious patties. Had these three times and they have been consistently perfect. Yummy beer battered chips too.

Car was mucking up so pulled in to have a quick check of oil/water etc.

Though I didn't need to purchase anything the store itself reminded me of the good old days where customer service (by the majority of staff) resembled running in to an old friend.
Dont get me wrong my daily interactions with staff in all areas of retail find most are courteous and respectful, helpful and great at their jobs. Times have dramatically changed just in the past 20 yrs with todays stressors, living expenses, exorbitant price hikes, inadequate training, lack of enthusiasm, or just plain 'not my job' attitudes taught by Managers\CEO's that never intend to step foot in their stores. And so to be greeted with a smile and 'how are you going today', where you walk away with a slight spring in your step and a smile of your own making for a warm experience you tend to get a bit sad at how far between this actually occurs.
I really hope travellers out there continue to utilise what's left of our small family owned servo's vs the big corporate ones despite the difference in fuel prices and inadequate eye contact.

As they say "when they're gone, they are gone".

Very friendly and attentive staff. The fried chicken is really good when made fresh. If sitting in the hot box for a while it can be a little dry. Other than that, love the food here. Staff will let you know how long it'll take to cook and bring it out to you. Very convenient for a quick stop.

Old country style servo corner store. Has had a recent facelift with the new owners taking over. Very afordable and has a large veriaty for a little shop. Wish there was more around like this
