My New relax Spot!

Extremely unreliable service, popped in at 9am for a massage told one of the girls was off today , was told to come back at 10:30 . I arrived at 10:30 and was told no booking even tho I left my name . Told o was late, if I was it was by 1 minute. Told me to come back at 12 , told them I will not.

Made a booking on Thursday was told 3pm Saturday. Didn't take my name was told it was OK. Turned up Sat no booking, told to come back at 4, not available come back at 4.15. Was going to be my first time however ended up no massage. Waste of effort and time. If I could give a zero I would.

The first visit was great, the pain from a coccyx problem I have had for a few years now was alleviated for almost two weeks. Work on a lower back injury was OK, but I didn't expect a cure. And I was made to feel safe and relaxed. The second visit didn't go as well, I wanted a full hour for the neck & lower back to calf, but the therapist only worked on a half hour visit. Busy times are not the best. And I didn't communicate well, not Jessica's fault

My third visit to Silk Touch was great, Jessica worked on the problem muscles and joints that needed attention.

Thank you, Jess, for a fantastic workout today.
I'll be back.
Update
I have been trying to book another visit for a week or two, they don't answer their phones. I text for an appointment and that doesn't work, they don't offer a solution when the girl I ask for is sick.
Then I see on Google here that they're not busy, so I drive down and Jessica is busy, they don't ask if I can come back in latter. I have health issues and the cramping muscles need to be worked.
I will have to find somewhere else.
