Will avoid coming here in future…

Deli section was packing up, nearly all stock was put away two hours before closing.

Store was untidy/dirty in places, and very cramped.

Something didn’t scan right during self serve.. no checkouts were open. Guy was admit it was the $5 cereal.. ended up paying for two boxes to only have one.. aswell as all the other groceries we bought $170 later. Think the issue was that we had too much for self serve, and not enough room to put our scanned groceries.

Too many issues for one shop!

Another shop two days later… Husband brought a bag of spinach, two days before expiry… it was off, smelt disgusting. And mini packs of maltesers where some were stale.

Not a good first, or second experience here.

Sort it out guys!
Actually thought this would be the better Woolworths In Hervey Bay, clearly I was wrong.

12 years shopping at this store. Can someone tell me why lately it looks like a tornado hit the shelves. Shelves are not tidied, restocking is getting done while shoppers in store . Customers and staff are trying to navigate around each other in the isles. I can actually answer my own question, staffing levels , reduced hours of work . Get your act together Woolies top management and stop taking your customers for granted we spend our money in your store at least we deserve a tidy , organised envitoment , bring staff in earlier before opening time to get these issues solved .

I was served by an extremely RUDE lady named Kerrie at the checkouts today who is apparently a supervisor. I've been shopping in this store for 15 years& have never been served by someone as rude as her.

My wife and I found it okay but it lacks the light and atmosphere of Coles at Stocklands. Plus flybuys leaves everyday rewards for dead if you do it right. We prefer their bonus points items too like MasterChef and cookery ware etc. prices vary a lot but Coles own taste better for the most part. Alright for a couple of items if you are there for other shopping. The Staff are pleasant and amenable. Parking is okay.

Rather shop elsewhere..too many miserable people serving you..noone has the time of day really and don't smile or say hello..Just sigh and stare at you like you are taking up their precious time. Sometimes even rolling the eyes. Just about ran out of the place scared that I might catch what ever they all had wrong with them. Lol.

Notice the prices on the photo? Quick sale, almost past expiry price is higher than fresh price! Often happens. Reported to young staff person who didn't seem to care and dismissed me with a grunt. Maybe he will end up dismissed likewise. Anyways, this leads to wasted food, cos no-one is going to buy the old stock and it will be thrown out. Shame Woolies shame.

No food on shelves, No Fruit, No Veggies. Also there is 1 Staff member that is RUDE and she’s a Supervisor. And I had 2 items in hand I asked her if I could go to the smoke counter instead of waiting in line because all the checkout’s were busy, I was told NO we don’t do that anymore. I asked her when did that stop because I did it yesterday she totally Ignored me and walked away all she was doing was standing dictating to people. Not good enough next time a formal complaint to head office. She’s not a face for front of STORE.
