Felt so cared for by the lovely lady at the counter. She was so bubbly and bright and seemed so happy which made my expirence so much better. The ice coffee was delicious 🤤 Peoples attitudes make all the different, and this lady (I wish I knew her name) really shined a radiant welcome.

The coffee is great, but we’ve been a few times and the wait is consistently too long, even when it doesn’t appear to be busy. Also, the lid on our coffees didn’t fit properly so we almost wore them. The staff are lovely but service speed needs streamlining

Just wanted a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich. Thin bread. The guy couldn’t work it out. Manager said ok with no eye contact.
$13.50!!!! I said, “wow! Really?” He said, “you want your money back?” I copped it - had family waiting. We sat amongst about 5 other tables, all of whom had dogs sitting on the upholstered benches. Some feeding them from their plates. Horrible. Never again.
Get rid of the dogs from where people eat. Learn some manners.
