A Valentine’s to Remember at Madame V!

My partner and I celebrated Valentine’s Day here and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a month in advance because we wanted everything to be perfect. Despite arriving 30 minutes late due to unexpected travel time, the staff welcomed us with warmth and understanding.

As an architect and interior designer, I initially chose this restaurant for its stunning interior but the real star was the food. Every dish was a journey of flavors and my chef partner was absolutely delighted. We kept saying it felt like we were playing with our taste palette, discovering something new with each bite. The service was just as exceptional. Will was incredibly fun and attentive, making the evening even more special.

We also enjoyed a bottle of white wine that perfectly complemented our meal. It was the perfect touch to an already amazing dining experience.

This was easily one of our best date nights. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Our first impression was great-the decor was lovely, and the service was excellent from the start. The food was spot on, with no complaints. The only downside was that after finishing our meals, we had to hunt down the bill. Once we mentioned not wanting dessert, we were forgotten. That was my only issue. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it.

I don’t usually write reviews but Madame V is just outstanding and one of the best restaurants on the Gold Coast.
My husband and I had dinner the other night and our experience was fantastic. The moody atmosphere transports into another world…The food was superb, the steak tartare is world class, miso salmon was cooked to perfection and the chicken teriyaki was great. Good wine list as well.
Service was excellent, Paolo who served us went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Credit to great Management and a world class Chef, Daniel Ridgeway.
We will definitely return!

We loved been here, the food was delish the drinks were delish and the atmosphere abd music top it off. Plus the service was perfect not intrusive we ordered as we needed so suited us.

The food was excellent, ambience was dark and moody, exquisite decor. Gluten free is well catered for. Service was a bit slow towards the end we waited over 30mins for our last course on the banquet to come out.

A Huge Thank You to Madame V Asian Fusion Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Madame V Asian Fusion on Palm Beach Avenue, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and beautiful smile of Darcy, the restaurant manager, whose hospitality set the tone for an exceptional evening. Darcy ensured everything flowed seamlessly and introduced me to one of the friendly waiters, Paulo, Cooper, or Wil, who promptly guided me to a plush, comfy rounded table.

The ambiance was breathtaking—stylish and vibrant, with colored wallpaper perfectly complementing the soft sheers draped across the ceiling. It’s clear that attention to detail extends from the décor to the impeccable service and presentation.

I opted for Banquet Number 2, and it exceeded all expectations. Every dish was a masterpiece, starting with the duck dumplings and my personal favorite, the wagyu dumplings, which were absolute perfection. The sweet pork ribs were tender and flavorful, the succulent chicken was cooked to perfection, and the miso-covered salmon was a dream. To top it off, the desserts—salted caramel soft serve and panna cotta with coconut milk—were divine.

The drinks were equally impressive, with a superbly crafted Negroni and high-end Pommery Champagne to share. A special shout-out to artisan chef Daniel Ridgeway for curating such a remarkable dining experience!
