Absolutely positively fantastic. Unfortunately my nails were messed up by another nail place, but Q&A nails fixed them to my liking. They fixed the colour, shape, length, and quality, and i am very VERY happy with how they did my nails. Would 100% recommend going to them. I was also given a $5 discount which was beyond generous. The lady who did my nails was very gentle, took her time, was extremely polite and friendly and talked to me as if she had known me for years. So glad I decided to get my nails done here. Can't wait to go back again! 😁

My first time going to this salon and I was amazed! All the staff were so lovely and the lady who did my nails (I can’t remember her name!) was amazing! Honestly my favourite set! Highly recommend!

Had an unreal walk-in experience today from the newly recruited but very experienced Anna- she really nailed it 😉. She achieved exactly what I wanted, was very polite, social and kept checking in on me to see if I liked what she was doing and that I was comfortable! The whole store really goes above and beyond in their customer service, that you don’t feel like a customer, you feel like a friend. This was my first time going to Q & A nails, but it certainly won’t be my last, photos don’t even do the nails justice!

Highly recommend Q and A Nails. When entering the salon I am always greeted with a warm welcome and smile from all the ladies. I have had my nails done with a lovely lady named Anna multiple times and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work she provides. She has been doing my nails for over 15 years now and I experience her work to always be at a high standard. Anna listens to what you require and always offers her professional opinion in a respectful manner.

First and last time visit.

I visited this store a couple of months ago for a pedicure and gel polish service. I booked online and when I arrived at the store they were unaware of my booking until I had shown them. I was then told to take a seat at the spa and when looking around I had a feeling that my experience would not be so pleasant. When the staff were getting the equipment ready I had doubts of cleanliness and techniques. Overall, the colour was patchy, the equipment was shared from one client to another and the customer service needed work.

When my pedicure gel was growing out I removed the polish and noticed a discolouration in my nail. I had attained a fungal nail infection. This was super disappointing as I have never had any issue before at any salon and during my visit I thought to myself “if I don’t get an infection from this I will be lucky”… I was NOT lucky.

I have been here a few times before and the ladies always do a fantastic job. On my most recent visit the lady was too rough trimming my cuticles and the skin around the nails was cut too deep and that one took a while to stop bleeding. Not the best experience when wanting your nails to look great before a trip.

I have been coming to Q&A for about 2 years. I have had my nails done for 22 and I can say that I absolutely love Tina and the team! They are so nice and helpful and always do an amazing job!
