After extensive research for a stylist familiar with curly, fine unruly hair I was recommended Suede salon. DJ is incredibly talented. I went in for a complete change of hairstyle after holding onto stringy ends for length’s sake. Before doing anything he took time to sincerely talk and listen to me. Specifically talking about style, practicality and my hairs true texture. I walked in with stringy dry damaged ends hair and left with a beautiful stylish curly cut. DJ suggested the best products to use to maintain curls. It was liberating walking out of the salon finally loving my hair. The salon is organically peaceful and serene. DJ’s knowledge and experience with curly hair makes Suede a treasure in Cairns.

After moving intrastate 4 years ago, I returned to Cairns recently and therefore returned to Suede to fix my hair. I walked into their salon feeling very low about my hair, and I can tell you, I left the salon feeling like a million bucks after allowing them to make the decisions and take action on repairing the situation.
