We were looking for one night stay as our travel was big . It was perfect location, with nice clean beds. Easy access. Most important for us ,it was affordable. We had a chance to explore beautiful Toowoomba, would love to come back.

My husband stayed one night, he said it was clean and comfortable. He had locked himself out of the room and when he asked for help. The receptionist said, if it happens again you will have to pay $100 for call out fee. We won’t be staying again.
Microwave was available but no plates or cutlery

Older style courtyard motel. Excellent value in deluxe double room. Clean, spacious bathroom, roomy shower recess with a small step, plenty of bench space. Double and single bed, table with two chairs as well as desk/bench in bedroom. Frig, kettle etc. and microwave, TV, iron etc, hair dryer and hanging space. Quiet street opposite Toowoomba Grammar School. Noise from motel courtyard was audible in our room but all was quiet by 9pm. The curtains were not block-out, did not close completely so room was a tad light overnight.|Next door motel restaurant was closed to all but its own guests so we drove 4km to suburban shopping centre for a delicious meal at Thai on High Street, which had been rated well on Trip Advisor and lived up to its ratings.

The shower was filthy, the toilet had poo in it, there was NO toilet paper and there was half eaten Kentucky in the fridge & no milk.|When we complained to reception she just shrugged her shoulders.|I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. |They should be ashamed to offer such service.|

We often stay in Toowoomba and this was the worst stay ever. There was half eaten Kentucky in the fridge, no milk, no toilet paper & I mean NO toilet paper, poo in the toilet. The shower was filthy. When we complained to reception the lady just shrugged her shoulders. It was disgusting.

I booked and paid on their website. When checking in, reception said my payment did not go through and asked me to pay again.
Both payments have left my account. Despite saying 3 times I would be refunded the extra charge, I have not received anything.

From the moment we arrived, throughout our one night stay and until we checked out, everything was in great condition. We got the family room, and everything we needed was in it, the price was remarkably low for the cleanliness and convenience to Toowoomba city. Reception was so friendly and nice, beds were super comfortable, and we ordered breakfast which was hot, and very reasonably priced. Shower had great water pressure, plenty of loo paper and towels. I recommend staying here. We will be back.

I booked a room here last minute. Although I did not actually see anybody when I arrived they had prepared a room for me and check in was easy. This is a very good price for a spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, nice sheets and really powerful shower. I was very happy with my stay and will certainly return.
