My time in this hotel has been amazing. The hotel rooms have a lot of space and they have 3 beds. They also have a kitchen that works efficiently. The service was amazing too, they are very kind and very helpful towards us. The breakfast was very delicious, I had pancakes with maple syrup and some coffee. They also had a pool which also had a BBQ right beside the pool. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Green toilet
Very dusty,
I had to clean the aircon/top of lights and fan myself!
Dirty cutlery and plates on arrival
Very rude when asked for fresh towels. No daily service at all.
1 toilet paper roll for 5 people for 2 days.
Under bed hadn't been vaccumed in months.
NO SMOKE ALARMS
As a person who is in housekeeping myself. This is very unprofessional and they should be embarrassed with themselves at the state of the room.

DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

This is a great one for the budget conscious. We stayed 2 nights in their 2 bedroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen. Smart TV'S in the lounge and both bedrooms, air con in master room and lounge which was brilliant for the 37°c day we faced. The pool was great and partially covered by a shade cloth. There is also a BBQ facility but we didn't use it. The biggest bonus was the complimentary continental breakfast including pancakes which the kids loved!!
Would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation, clean rooms and bathroom with toiletries provided, great customer service. Continental breakfast with pancakes provided as well as good choice of cereal, juice and bread. With the window closed you don't hear the traffic noise.
We have stayed here a few times and will stay again in the future.

Jacaranda is a lovely place to stay in. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is looking for an hotel to stay with there family's all even couples.
They have new management.
This couple is passionate about there work also they are a lovely carrying family that loves helping others.

Breakfast was included in our stay my son loved the hot pancakes juice and cereal. Continental breakfast is the best.
Thank yous for the awesome stay we will be back shortly.

Room was clean. Owners friendly. 2 storey motel so remember to ask for downstairs if you not good with stairs. Shower over bath in our room. Free continental breakfast was good. In dining room and help yourself to cereal, coffee, juice, toast, pancakes. Walk to food outlets. Didn't get a chance to use pool, as we got hail and rain in arvo. Don't know why listed as 1 Star. Should be higher.

Right from when I entered Nui was so friendly and welcoming. The room was basic with soft bed, lounge chair, Smart TV, Air Con, ensuite bathroom, tea, coffee & biscuits. The facility has a BBQ area and clean swimming pool. Breakfast in the morning was superb cereals, toast, pancakes, juices & hot drinks. Well worth the one night stay. The managers are so friendly and always looking to improve the place. They only recently took charge. They deserve our support.

Excellent. Great value for money. Free breakfast. Very very clean rooms. Staff incredibly welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Comfortable. Great place to stay in Toowoomba for a night or a week. Management making a real effort to improve the grounds. New plants. Fresh grass. Really lovely.
